Description

Als Betätigungsorgan können doppelt wirkende, hydraulische Zylinder mit je zwei gegeneinander verschiebbaren Kolben verwendet werden oder aber Vorrichtungen, bei denen zwei Stößel mechanisch über einen: Nocken oder Kugeln gespreizt werden. Die richtungsgleich sich verschiebenden Kolben wirken dabei je auf eines der beiden Rahmenteile. Bei Betätigung werden die Kolben hydraulisch oder mechanisch gespreizt und dadurch die beiden Rahmenteile axial gegeneinander verschoben und die mit den Rahmenteilen verbundenen Belagträger an die Bremsscheibe zur Anlage gebracht. Mit einer Kapselung wird der Zweck verfolgt, eine bessere Kühlung durch eine zweckmäßige Luftführung unmittelbar auf die Bremsscheibe hin zu erhalten. Dadurch, daß ferner die Betätigungsorgane bei der erfindungsgemäßen Bremse fest am Bremsträger angeordnet sind, entfallen die sonst notwendigen Gleitvorrichtungen, Lenker od. dgl., die eine Verkomplizierung in der Ausführung und einen Mehraufwand an Teilen mit sich bringen. Ferner soll nicht unerwähnt bleiben, daß, infolge der Verwendung zweier in den Schmalseiten der Rahmen angeordneter Betätigungsorgane eine Parallelführung und damit eine praktisch gleichmäßige Anlage der Bremsbeläge an die Bremsscheibe erhalten wird. Durch die Anordnung der Betätigungsorgane in Aussparungen der Rahmenteile wird ein Herausschießen der Kolben aus. dem Zylinder auch bei größtmöglicher Belagabnutzung verhindert.
