Claims

1. folding chair, in particular for a stadium, with a chair frame ( 12 ) on which a seat part ( 18 ) about a pivot or folding axis ( 20 ) between a folded rest position and a folded forward seating position, characterized in that the seat part ( 18 ) has a surface heating element ( 24 ) which is provided with overheating protection ( 26 ), and that the seat part ( 18 ) has a dimensionally stable base body ( 32 ) which is fastened to a seat part frame ( 34 ), and a pad body ( 36 ) is attached to the dimensionally stable base sheet ( 32 ), in which the sheet heating element ( 24 ) is provided.

2. Folding chair according to claim 1, characterized in that the surface heating element ( 24 ) is provided between two foam layers ( 46 ) of the cushion body ( 36 ) of the seat part ( 18 ).

Folding chair according to claim 2, characterized in that the cushion body ( 36 ) has a dimensionally stable base surface element ( 38 ), on the upper side ( 40 ) of which a heat reflection film ( 42 ) is provided, on which the laminate structure ( 48 ) from the two foam layers ( 46 ) and the surface heating element ( 24 ) provided between them.

4. Folding chair according to claim 3, characterized in that the cushion body ( 36 ) is covered on the upper side with a cover ( 50 ) which is fixed to the dimensionally stable base surface element ( 38 ).

Folding chair according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the seat part ( 18 ) with the chair frame ( 12 ) about a pivot or folding axis ( 20 ) is provided such that the seat part ( 18 ) in the unloaded state due to gravity assumes the folded-up rest position, and that a connected-together with the panel heater (24) on-off switch is provided (30) on the seat part (18) automatically in the folded inoperative position of the seat part (18) its off switch position and in the folded forward seating position automatically assumes its on-switch position.
