Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Wellengelenk mit Luftausgleichsvorrichtung, welches eine antreibende und eine abtreibende Welle verbindet, wobei eine elastische Gelenkmanschette den Gelenkinnenraum vor aeusseren Einfluessen schuetzt und den Austritt von Schmierstoff verhindert. Um eine sichere Entlueftung des Innenraumes des Wellengelenkes zu gewaehrleisten, wird erfindungsgemaess vorgeschlagen, dass eine federnde Klemme mit je einem inneren und aeusseren Klemmenarm die die antreibende Welle umschlingende Endkontur der elastischen Gelenkmanschette umfasst und der innere Klemmenarm am Aussendurchmesser der antreibenden Welle anliegt, hier ueber seine gestreckte Laenge eine Luftausgleichsnut aufweist und dabei in Richtung Gelenkinnenraum ueber die Laenge der Anlage der elastischen Gelenkmanschette zur Welle hinausreicht. Das in Fig. 1 dargestellte Wellengelenk besitzt ein inneres Element 1, welches mit der antreibenden Welle 2 verbunden ist und an seinem Umfang Bahnen 3 aufweist, in denen Kugeln 4 zur Drehmomentübertragung laufen. Die Kugeln 4 werden durch einen Käfig 5 zentriert und greifen in die Bahnen 6 eines äußeren Elementes 7 ein. Der Innenraum 8 des Wellengelenkes ist durch eine elastische Gelenkmanschette 9 geschützt, indem diese m't dem äußeren Elemont 7 und der antreibenden Welle 2 durch Klemmvorrichtungen 10,11 verbunden wird. Zwischen der Welle 2 und der die Welle 2 umschlingenden Endkontur 17 der elastischen Gelenkmanschette 9 wird die erfindungsgemäße federnde Klemme 12 für Luftausgleich angebracht, die hierzu mit einer Luftausgleichsnut 13 in dem mit der Welle 2 korrespondierenden inneren Klemmenarm 14 versehen ist (Fig. 2 bis 4).The shaft joint shown in Fig. 1 has an inner element 1, which is connected to the driving shaft 2 and at its periphery webs 3, in which balls 4 for torque transmission run. Auch bei festgeklemmter elastischer Gelenkmanschette 9 ist die Luftausgleichsnut 13 nicht verschlossen und läßt den erforderlichen Luftdurchgang bzw. Druckausgleich zu.
