Abstract
The invention is used for Spinnmassefaerbung Foliefaeden with high Farbgleichmaessigkeit that can be used in textile surfaces, for example, in the decoration, furniture cover fabric and technical sector. Object and purpose of the invention is to achieve a high Farbgleichmaessigkeit of spinngefaerbten Foliefaeden by a change in the dyeing technology. This result is achieved by mixing commercial color granules of one or colored granules of different primary colors having a high color pigment content with a component of the polymer blend of the filament in a process stage which is preferred to film formation, extruding it into a strand of polymer mass and then cutting it into color granules, the mixing ratio being depending on the pigment content of the commercial color granules is adjusted so that the color granulate used for the production of Foliefaden 3 - contains 15% by mass, preferably 10% by mass, pigment. The dye granules obtained are used for the production of spinngefaerbten Foliefaeden.

Titel der Erfindung:Title of the invention:
Verfahren zur Herstellung spinnmassegefärbter FoliefädenProcess for producing dope-dyed continuous filaments
Anwendungsgebiet der Erfindung: Field of application of the invention :
The invention relates to a process for producing dope-dyed continuous filaments with high color uniformity by extrusion of polymer granule mixtures, in particular consisting of polyester, polyamide and polyethylene and addition of color granules. The use of colored Foliefäden can be done in textlien fabrics, for example, in the decorative sector, furniture upholstery fabrics, in floor finishes or in the technical field.
Charakteristik der bekannten technischen Lösungen:Characteristic of the well-known technical solutions :
It is known that different processes for the introduction of pigments or color bodies into the spinning dope are used for the production of dope-dyed thermoplastic fibers (Chemiefasern / Textilind., 28/80 (1973), pp. 1046-1050, DD-PS 118 904). So the pigments is known already entered at the start aer PoIymerbildungsreaktionen.
It is also known to apply melt-soluble dyes by powdering or sintering on the whole intended for spinning Polyrnergranulotmenge.

In another method, staining is performed by injecting dye preparations into the polymer melt stream at the end of the extrusion process.
It is also known to use for dyeing fissile, curable films granulated dye preparations containing as a carrier material, the polymeric additive component of the polymer mixture (DD-PS 134 962).
The addition of the pigments already in the polymer formation reactions is disadvantageous, since a high thermal load of the color bodies is formed, so that only selected pigments can be used. The cleaning effort when converting to other shades is significant.
The Anpuderungs- or Aufsinterverfahren has the disadvantage that the entire amount of granules must be subjected to the process. Another disadvantage is not a complete abrasion resistance, a pneumatic transport can therefore not be applied.
The dyeing by injection of dye preparations in the polymer melt stream, which takes place via a side extruder, requires a much higher mechanical complexity than is usual.
The method of mixing granulated dye preparations with undyed polymer granules has the defect that dye preparations with medium and high pigment concentrations or mixtures of such dye preparations can not be used to obtain specific color shades, since the color uniformity of the spinning mass is insufficient.

The new process should make it possible to process commercial masterbatch mixtures.
Darlegung deS1 Wesens der Erfindung : Loan of the 1 essence of the invention :
The object of the invention is to achieve such a coloration by a modified form of the pigment or Farbkörpereintrages in the production process that even at high pigment concentrations of the masterbatch or extremely different proportions of masterbatch Gernengen, a high uniformity is ensured.
According to the invention, the object is achieved by using the process for producing spinnmassegefärbter Foliefäden with high color uniformity by extrusion of polymer granules, in particular consisting of polyester and / or polyamide and / or polyethylene and the addition of dye granules whose carrier material is identical to a polymer used, so is carried out by mixing commercial color granules or Farbgranulatgemische different primary colors with high color pigment content with a component of Polymercjemisches the Foliefadens in a Foliefadenherstellung preferred process stage, extruded into a strand and cut into dye granules, the mixing ratio depending on the pigment content of the commercial Fsrbgranulate so is adjusted so that the color granules used for film production 3-15 mass% # preferably 10 mass%, pigment.
