Vorrichtung zur SedimentationDevice for sedimentation
The invention relates to a device for sedimentation of cells from body fluid for diagnostic purposes in medicine naoh P <* 4eni \ AHA
4Hn 7 47It has already been proposed 'to use a round tube made of porous ceramic material (chamber sleeve) with a basal enlarged diameter. The interior of the chamber sleeve is coated with a sprinkler and thereby prepared so that the wall of the chamber sleeve is temporally limited impermeable. The cells sink gravitationally onto the slide located at the bottom of the chamber, after the sample has been introduced from above, by its nature. Naoh a time determinable by its composition dissolves the Präsorber and releases the porosity of the chamber sleeve for the absorption of the now cell-free fluid "The cells are now on the slide as Kammerbo-. the smooth sedimented godparents! 4Hn 7 47
The said apparatus has the disadvantage that the application of the chair is technically quite cumbersome,

With the present invention, a simplified production of the sedimentation is to be made possible.
The object of the invention is to provide a device for sedimentation using the chamber sleeve, wherein the porosity of the chamber sleeve (sorption stent) is released only after a certain time without the use of a preserver.
...When the nozzle is already proposed, the suction tube consisting of a porous shearing tissue with suitable adhesive paste, for example silicone grease or vaseline, is placed on a degreased slide in such a way that a uniformly thinner surface is formed between the seating surface of the tube and the slide Adhesive film forms. ...
According to the invention will now. .aaaoh the placement of the tube with a liquid, for example, physiological NaCl solution or Zellzüchtungsmediena charged. This process, called presorption, serves to partially saturate the tube with fluid.
The liquids used in the presorption phase must have osmotic properties that correspond to the osmotic environment of the cells to be sedimented. By absorption, a Saugkapazitätsdifferenz in the Tubusivandung produced, the suction capacity increases from bottom to top au''It is important that the quantity of the sorbent is not chosen so large that the Tubuswandung is completely saturated with liquid, there must still suction capacity for the Supplementary material (eg CSF, urine, amniotic fluid, pleural effluent) remains »The quantitative loading of the tube with presorption fluid depends on the pore size and the suction volume of the broken body used. For each tube size, depending on the porosity of the fragment, the ratios of quantitative presorption must be tested.

After the tubus wall has completely absorbed the presorption fluid (visual inspection), the tube is filled with the examination fluid. Since the tubus wall is strongly saturated with the presorption fluid in the lower area, the absorption of the examination fluid into the tube wall is delayed. The cells of the examination material begin to sediment. The examination fluid only very slowly passes into the tube wall (velocity is determined by the quantity of the absorption liquid). Since the suction capacity in the Tubuswandung increases from bottom to top, the Untersuohungsflüssigkeit is sucked off mainly in Meniskushöhe »This area leave the sedimenting cells first, so that a gentle sedimentation.der cells (low suction on the cells) is guaranteed.
If no examination liquid is left in the tube (visual inspection), the tube is removed and the preparation is air-dried in the air. Subsequently, the staining of the sedimented cells can take place.
Ausführungsbeispiel A exemplary embodiment
The invention will be explained in more detail below on an Asuführungsbeis-piel. The accompanying drawing shows a cross section of a sorption-sedimentation tube. The cylindrical tube 1 consisting of a porous body is open on both sides. The tube wall 2 is thicker at the top than at the bottom so that a tube lumen 3 in the form of a truncated cone results 4, the tube is mounted on the slide 5 ·
