Abstract

Sludge from wastewater treatment plants for land reclamation contains the addition of a biological-enzymatic preparation with bound microorganisms, as well as fly ash from coal combustion and solid calcium-based reaction products from flue gas desulphurisation. As other admixtures it may contain mineral or nutrient material, based on crushed mineral or organic matter, as well as waste from plant tissues, animal manure and manure, including contaminated straw and farm organic products, or forestry waste.

Description

Kal z čistíren odpadních vodSludges from sewage treatment plants

Oblast technikyField of technology

Vynález se týká kalu z čistíren odpadních vod.The invention relates to sludge from wastewater treatment plants.

A frequent use of sludge from wastewater treatment plants is their treatment in order to obtain material for land reclamation and for agricultural and forestry use. For this purpose, it is added to the sludge according to the final use, eg heating plant ash, products from desulphurisation of heating plants and organic material of animal or vegetable origin.

Tímto materiálem je pak zavezeno území znehodnocené předchozím užíváním. Nevýhodou použití těchto materiálů je uvolňování forem dusíku, živin, těžkých kovů a jejich chemických forem, které způsobují nežádoucí kontaminaci půdy a následně pak i vod. This material then introduces the area degraded by previous use. The disadvantage of using these materials is the release of forms of nitrogen, nutrients, heavy metals and their chemical forms, which cause undesirable contamination of soil and subsequently water.

Další nevýhodou po uložení takovéhoto materiálu je rovněž možný výskyt produkce plynů způsobujících skleníkový efekt, což je dáno nedokonalým rozkladem organické hmoty, např. metanu a kysličníku uhličitého.Another disadvantage after the deposition of such material is also the possible occurrence of the production of greenhouse gases, which is due to the imperfect decomposition of organic matter, such as methane and carbon dioxide.

It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a reclamation mass which is both physically and biologically stable and substantially reduces the production of environmental contaminants, while also being suitable for use in agriculture and forestry.

Podstata vynálezuThe essence of the invention

The essence of sewage sludge for land reclamation according to the invention lies in the fact that it contains the addition of a biological-enzymatic preparation with bound microorganisms, as well as fly ash from coal combustion and solid calcium-based reaction products from flue gas desulphurization. The base material optionally contains an admixture of mineral or nutrient material, based on crushed mineral or organic matter.

The weight content of the biological-enzymatic preparation with bound microorganisms is in the range of 0.02 per mille to 5 percent, calculated on the laboratory dry matter of the basic material.

Pro využití v oblasti zemědělství, lesnictví a zahradnictví, materiál obsahuje odpady z rostlinných pletiv, zvířecí trus a hnůj, včetně znečištěné slámy a faremní organické produkty, popřípadě odpady z lesnictví.For use in agriculture, forestry and horticulture, the material contains waste from plant tissues, animal manure and manure, including contaminated straw and farm organic products, or waste from forestry.

Příklad uskutečnění vynálezuExample of an embodiment of the invention

A biological-enzymatic preparation with bound microorganisms is added to the sludge from wastewater treatment plants. When using sludge alone, the weight content of the biological-enzymatic preparation with bound microorganisms in the sludge is in the range of 0.1 per mille to 1 percent. The biological-enzymatic preparation is represented in particular by saprophytic microbiological strains decomposing organic matter from aerobic or anaerobic conditions, possibly bound to a suitable mineral protective medium.

Pokud je biologicko-enzymatický preparát s vázanými mikroorganismy před přidáním do kalu smíchán s další příměsí, např. s minerálním nebo živným materiálem, na bázi drcené minerálníIf the biological-enzymatic preparation with bound micro-organisms is mixed with another admixture, eg mineral or nutrient material, based on crushed mineral

Obsah tohoto biopreparátu v kalu se pak pohybuje v optimálně účinném rozmezí 0,1 až 5 procent.- 1 CZ 308871 B6 or organic matter, the content of the final biological-enzymatic preparation with bound microorganisms in the sludge is proportionally increased by the added admixture. The content of this biopreparation in the sludge is then in the optimally effective range of 0.1 to 5 percent.

The sludge treated in this way is preferably used both for the reclamation of land areas and as a fertilizer, used in particular in agriculture, forestry and horticulture.

Při použití kalu na rekultivaci zemních ploch obsahuje kal jako další příměs popílek ze spalování uhlí a pevné reakční produkty na bázi vápníku z odsíření spalinWhen sludge is used for land reclamation, sludge contains as an additional admixture coal combustion fly ash and solid calcium-based reaction products from flue gas desulphurisation

When sludge is used as a fertilizer in agriculture, forestry and horticulture, other sludge admixtures are waste from plant tissues, animal manure and manure, including contaminated straw and farm organic products, or forestry waste.
