Solární deštníkSolar umbrella
Oblast technikyTechnical field
The technical solution relates to a solar umbrella, which, in addition to the protective function of protection against rain or snow, also serves to convert solar energy into electrical or movement energy.
Dosavadní stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Umbrella is a device that allows to hide and protect people and objects under it hidden from the falling rain, sunlight, snow. It is a removable surface covered with waterproof material consisting of impregnated fabric, or plastic foil, which is placed on wooden or metal bars. These rods support the structure so as not to yield and allow expansion. Today, a wide range of umbrellas are produced from a variety of shapes, sizes, colors and materials. Some are made as collapsible, where the umbrella can be gradually inserted into one another, which is considerably reduced. Others are made only as a whole and serve as a walking stick.
At present, prototypes of umbrellas are being developed which, without limiting the function of the umbrella itself, use a renewable energy source, which is solar radiation. For this purpose, the umbrellas have photoelectric cells glued or otherwise attached from outside, which directly convert the sunlight into electric current. The main problem with these articles is that they are far too expensive. At the same time, the energy extracted from the sun is a virtually inexhaustible, safe and renewable energy source accessible during most of the year.
To date, a solution according to KR1020120087378 is known which is a rechargeable umbrella with a solar battery for recharging electrical devices based on a collapsible umbrella consisting of a solar system with an accumulator located on the outside of the umbrella, a handle, a battery charger located inside the handle. LED bulbs and heating wire, which provide comfort for the user of the umbrella at night or in bad weather in the form of light and heat inside the umbrella. When the battery is exposed to sunlight, the battery can be recharged using a solar battery. This solution is cost-effective and usable only if there is precipitation after sunny weather that has allowed the battery to charge.
Another still widespread solution is the use of a stationary parasol on which the solar connectors are located. Such a principle uses the solution of WO2004102063 entitled "Solar Light System for Outdoor Umbrellas" and also of WO93 / 00840 entitled "Multifunctional Solar Umbrella". Such solutions are designed only for stationary parasols, because the collectors are heavy, and also adjusting the connector area to maximize the sunlight area requires laborious adjustment. Moreover, high costs are a major drawback.
Podstata technického řešeníThe essence of the technical solution
Uvedené nedostatky odstraňuje inovace technického řešení, která přináší možnost používat deštník i na výrobu elektrické energie nebo pohyb speciálních zařízení bez omezení funkce samotného deštníku.These shortcomings are eliminated by the innovations of the technical solution, which brings the possibility to use the umbrella for the production of electricity or the movement of special equipment without limiting the function of the umbrella itself.
The essence of the technical solution of a solar umbrella for converting solar radiation into electric energy lies in the principle of concentration. The essence of this technical solution is that the inside of an open umbrella turns into a concentrating mirror that is directed against the sun and thereby concentrates energy into the focus at the front of the handle where the generator is located to convert heat into electricity or move special devices . The electricity generated is led to the bottom of the handle where it is consumed according to market requirements.
Výhodami navrhovaného technického řešení jsou jednoduchá konstrukce, cenová nenáročnost a tedy dostupnost širokému spektru odběratelů využívajících obnovitelný zdroj energie. The advantages of the proposed technical solution are simple construction, low cost and thus availability to a wide range of customers using renewable energy sources.

The technical solution is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing in which Fig. 1 shows a solar umbrella.
Příklady provedení technického řešeníExamples of technical solution
USB port. The solar umbrella according to the invention consists of a shaped roof, wherein the surface of the umbrella roof, which is covered with a waterproof material, which is an impregnated fabric, plastic film or amorphous photovoltaic, is internally enriched with a mirror film. After opening the umbrella, it thus forms a concentrating mirror 4 reflecting the rays 1. Further parts of the solar umbrella according to the invention are the handle divided into two important parts, the front 2 of the handle and the bottom 3 of the handle. On the front of 2 handles is stored one of the technologies: amtec cell, photovoltaic system, Stirling engine or other generator and at the bottom of the 3 handles is located the output of electricity generated according to market requirements, eg USB port.
