- PATENTOVÉ NÁROKY 1. Jednorázová plena /jřO^CCýobsa h u j í c í absorpční jádro /38/ uspořádané mezi horní vrstvou /34/ a dolní vrstvou /36/, tato plena má celkově tvar přesýpacích hodin s úzkým, centrálně uspořádaným rozkrokovým dílem /18/, přední pasový díl /20/ v jednom příčném koncovém regionu rozkrokového dílu a zadní pasový díl /22/ v druhém příčném koncovém regionu rozkrokového dílu, tyto pasové díly jsou širší než rozkrokový díl a jsou opatřeny upevňovacími prostředky /30; 32/ pro upevnění pleny okolo nositele, plena dále obsahuje předem roztažené elastické prostředky /24/ uspořádané podél jejích podélných okrajových dílů /25/ pro zajištění předem stanovených nabíraných a v podstatě nenabíraných regionu podél těchto okrajových dílů, v y z n a č u j í c í s e t í m, že se tyto elastické prostředky /24/ protahují v podstatě podél celé délky řečených podélných okrajových dílů /25/ mezi upevňovacími prostředky na předním a zadním pasovém díle /20, 22/.
- 2. Jednorázová plena podle nároku 1, vyznačující se t í m, že elastickým prostředkem je elastická páska.
- 3. Jednorázová plena padle nároku 1, vyznačující se tím, že upevňovací prostředky (30) na předním pasová lít? /20/ vyčnívají v podstatě kolmo od podélných okrajových dílů /25/ pleny, a že upevňovací prostředky mají předem stanovenou šířku /a/.
- 4. Jednorázová plena podle nároku 1 , v y z n a č u j í c í se t í m, že upevňovací prostředky /32/ na zadním pasovém díle /22/ vyčnívají v podstatě kolmo od podélných okrajových dílů /25/ pleny, a že upevňovací prostředky mají předem stáno- .« vénou šířku /b/.b
- 5. Jednorázová plena podle nároku 3a 4, vyznačující se t í a, že procentový poměr šířky /a/ upevňovacích prostředků /30/ na předním pasovém okraji /20/ k šířce /b/ upevňovacích prostředků /32/ na zadním pasovém díle /22/ leží mezi asi 10% a asi 30%, přednostně asi 25%.
- 6. Jednorázová plena podle nároku 5, vyznačující se t í m, že upevňovací prostředky /30/ na předním pasovém díle /20/ jsou párem protilehlých háčkových členů, jejichž šířka /a/ leží mezi asi 15 mm a asi 45 mm, přednostně asi 30 mm.
- 7. Jednorázová plena podle nároku 5, vyznačující se t ί oi, že upevňovací prostředky /32/ na zadním pasovém díle /22/ jsou párem protilehlých smyčkových upevňovadel, jejichž šířka /b/ leží mezí asi 50 mm a asi 150 mra, přednostně asi 120 mm.
- 8. Jednorázová plena podle nároku 7, v y z n a č u j í c í s e t í m, že protilehlá smyčková upevňovadla jsou ve formě *netkaného pásu.
