Abstract

Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αφορά νέα μέθοδο για τη λήψη φαρμακευτικής σύνθεσης με βάση τη μοδαφινίλη. Η μέθοδος αυτή συνίσταται εις τη διαλυτοποίηση S μοδαφινίλης εντός ενός ρευστού σε υπερκρίσιμη κατάσταση και ακολούθως, μετά εκτόνωση του εν λόγω ρευστού, ανάκτηση της εν λόγω S μοδαφινίλης δια απορρόφησης αυτής επί της επιφανείας ενός φορέα υπό τη μορφή κοκκίων. Το εν λόγω ρευστό μπορεί να είναι CO2 ή ένας άλλος διαλύτης και ο φορέας μπορεί να είναι άνυδρη λακτόζη ή μαννιτόλη. Εφαρμογή της φαρμακευτικής σύνθεσης σε περιπτώσεις κατά τις οποίες ζητείται από έναν χρήστη, ο οποίος λαμβάνει την εν λόγω φαρμακευτική σύνθεση, αυξημένη εγρήγορση, άμεσα και για σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα.
