Abstract

Ένα βλήμα μικρού διαμετρήματος (100) έχει ένα εξωτερικό περίβλημα (5) από υλικό τόμπακ (ερυθρός ορείχαλκος), ένα σκληρό πυρήνα (4) από σκληρυμένο χάλυβα και ένα κοίλο πυρήνα περιβλήματος (8) επίσης από υλικό τόμπακ. Κατά την πρόσκρουση στον στόχο (Ζ) μεταδίδεται η κινητική ενέργεια ουσιαστικά στον σκληρό πυρήνα (4), έτσι ώστε αυτός να τρυπάει τον στόχο (Ζ). Το ελατό περίβλημα (5) στηρίζεται από τον ευρισκόμενο στο εσωτερικό πυρήνα περιβλήματος (8) και μεταβάλλεται σε ένα παραμορφωμένο περίβλημα (5') σχήματος μανιταριού χωρίς να κατακερματίζεται. Το βλήμα (100) εμφανίζει μια καλή συμπεριφορά πτήσης και μια μεγάλη τελική βαλλιστική ισχύ. Κατασκευάζεται χωρίς καθόλου μόλυβδο.
