Abstract
The solution falls with the branch of environmental protection, agronomy, and pharmaceutical analysis and concerns a method of preparation of soluble acetyl cholinesterase preparate for definition and detection of cholinesterase inhibitors. Currently known method of preparation of acetyl cholinesterase preparates are time consuming and materially demanding and require use of imported raw materials. The principle of the preparation of acetyl cholinesterase preparate for analytic purposes from cerebral tissue consists in release of acetyl cholinesterase from impermeable lipoprotein complex by action of superficially active substance, stabilisation of the dissolved acetyl cholinesterase by addition of saccharides into the solution and after solution lyophilization in further stabilization of the preparate by removal of lipids by extraction by organic solvent. The preparate can be used in proving and defining small amounts and very low concentrations of acetyl cholinesterase inhibitors for the needs of monitoring environment and agriculture. Using acetyl cholinesterase preparate for analysing it is possible to increase sensitivity of definition of organophosphoric and carbamatic residua of insecticides in food and food industry raw matters.
