Abstract

Vynález se týká způsobu obloukového mechanizovaného svařování pomocí nSkolika tavných elektrod. Cílem vynálezu je zvýSit kvalitu sva- ' ru prostřednictvím zajištění stability procesu a spolehlivého posunu elektrody. Způsob obloukového svařování záleží v tom, že svařování se provádí pomocí několika navzájem pevně stlačených neizolovaných elektrod, přitom se při svařování posouvaný svazek elektrod kroutí v rovinnou deformaci vzhledem k ose posunu a ze svazku elektrod se vytváří závit. Rychlost posunu svazku elektrod a oblouku se vy počítá podle vzorce: V = b.n.m, kde pe ’ b = krok kroucení elektrod /krok závitu/; n = počet otáček za jednotku času; m = počet elektrod v posouvaném svazku.The invention relates to a method of arc mechanized welding using several consumable electrodes. The aim of the invention is to increase the quality of the weld by ensuring process stability and reliable electrode movement. The arc welding method consists in the fact that welding is carried out using several non-insulated electrodes that are firmly pressed against each other, while during welding the electrode bundle being moved twists in a plane deformation relative to the axis of movement and a thread is formed from the electrode bundle. The speed of movement of the electrode bundle and the arc is calculated according to the formula: V = b.n.m, where pe ’ b = electrode twisting step /thread step/; n = number of revolutions per unit time; m = number of electrodes in the moved bundle.
