Abstract
Zariadenie pre montáž zvarovaných nosníkov profilov I s rozdielnou výškou stojiny, které pozostáva z pevného rámu s vodorovnou opracovanou plochou pre ustavenie a upnutie stojiny nosníka a dosedacej plochy pevného rámu pre uloženie hornej a dolnej pásnlce v rovinnom stave a otočných hydraulických upiniek k upnutiu stojiny nosníka. Na pevnom ráme sú upevněné hydraulické válce, opatřené prizmami pre tvarovanie hornej a dolnej pásnice postupovým ohybom za studená. Zariadenie pre montáž zvarovaných nosníkov profilov I s rozdielnou výškou stojiny, které pozostáva z pevného rámu s vodorovnou opracovanou plochou pre ustavenie a upnutie stojiny nosníka a dosedacej plochy pevného rámu pre uloženie hornej a dolnej pásnice v rovinnom stave a otočných hydraulických upiniek k upnutiu stojiny nosníka. Na pevnom ráme sú upevněné hydraulické válce, opatřené prizmami pre tvarovanie hornej a dolnej pásnice postupovým ohybom za studená. Pri veíkom poloměre ohybu pásnice a prierezovom přechode stojiny sa predohýbanie prakticky nedá prevádzať na lisoch běžného prevedenia z důsledku obmedzeného zdvihu. Z toho dovodu sa predohýbanie prevádzalo na lise špeciálne upravenom pre daný tvar pásnic za tepla v zápustke pozostávajúcej z patrice a matrice.Until now, when installing the I-beams with different web heights, it was necessary to bend the upper and lower flange on the press.
