TO BE COVERED SUCH A SURFACE HAVING A TEMPERATURE THAT IS ABOVE THE DECOMPOSITION TEMPERATURES OF SUCH PRECURSORS AND AMOUNTS OF AT LEAST 550 DEGREES DEGREE TO DEPOSIT A PROTECTION COVER OF MIXED OXIDE AND MIXED OXIDE SILICON AND DEPOSITION IS CONTINUED UNTIL A THICKNESS OF THE COATING IS BETWEEN 240 AND 1500 A.
