Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con un sistema automatizado y continuo para la pulverización de jugo de caña deshidratado “panela”, dicho sistema cuenta con equipos de pulverizado, homogenizado, y secado. Este sistema se basa en la interacción de un equipo pulverizador que realiza una agitación uniforme y continua del producto, y que se conecta a un homogeneizador a través de un canal neumático y un equipo secador por medio de radiación infrarroja; también cuenta con equipos de instrumentación electrónica y sistemas de control automatizados, que logra un proceso de manera continua. Este sistema resulta especialmente útil para la elaboración de panela pulverizada o jugo de caña deshidratado a escala industrial.
