Abstract
La invención pertenece al campo de la física aplicada a tecnología médica, donde se propone una solución de un modelo de simulador como material educativo o de demostración para uso científico y médico con escala real, para la demostración de la aplicación de anestesia por bloqueo selectivo en un modelo anatómico particular de una parte del cuerpo humano. Particularmente propone un simulador modular para el bloqueo anestésico y analgésico del plano Cuadrado Lumbar, con el fin de facilitar el entrenamiento de los especialistas en Anestesiología y Reanimación en este tipo de bloqueo regional como una técnica anestésica indicada en los procedimientos quirúrgicos y analgésicos que involucran el abdomen y miembro inferior con clara diferenciación de componentes por ecografía debido a la separación de dichos componentes, su estructura hipo, anecoica o hiperecoica y sus diferentes densidades; elaborado con un compuesto de goma elastomérica de poliuretano obtenido por condensación de bases hidroxílicas combinadas con diisocianatos y con alcohol en combinación para diferentes densidades en cada componente, con partes rígidas, partes flexibles, catalizadores, aditivos, pigmentos, un mecanismo con un circuito de mangueras y un mecanismos de con un circuito neumático interno que permite depositar material anestésico inyectado sin que se incruste y puede ser retirado del circuito por succiónThe invention belongs to the field of physics applied to medical technology, where a solution of a simulator model is proposed as an educational or demonstration material for scientific and medical use with real scale, for the demonstration of the application of anesthesia by selective blocking in a particular anatomical model of a part of the human body. In particular, it proposes a modular simulator for the anesthetic and analgesic block of the Lumbar Square plane, in order to facilitate the training of specialists in Anesthesiology and Resuscitation in this type of regional block as an anesthetic technique indicated in the surgical and analgesic procedures that involve the abdomen and lower limb with clear differentiation of components by ultrasound due to the separation of said components, their hypo, anechoic or hyperechoic structure and their different densities; made with an elastomeric polyurethane rubber compound obtained by condensation of hydroxyl bases combined with diisocyanates and with alcohol in combination for different densities in each component, with rigid parts, flexible parts, catalysts, additives, pigments, a mechanism with a hose circuit and a mechanism with an internal pneumatic circuit that allows depositing injected anesthetic material without embedding and can be removed from the circuit by suction
