Abstract

本实用新型是一种日光灯电子镇流器，主要特点是在其电路中用电感限流器。该电子镇流器的优点是：1.节能；2.功率因数达92％；3.对电压的适应性强，在电源电压为170伏时，仍能保证通电后1秒钟内一次点燃。4.亮度好，光通量大，300W日光灯光通量可达1600流明；5.除了开、破、漏气、灯丝头完全脱落的灯管外，对一端断丝和两端断丝的灯管仍能正常使用，且使用寿命可达800多小时。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种照明用日光灯电子镇流器。
实用电工手册（1986年；江西人民出版社）介绍了一种编者认为比较先进的日光灯电路，其电路图如图1所示。这种日光灯电路存在如下缺点：
1、电路图中的电阻R在使用时，经常因温度较高而老化或过热损坏。
2、光通量不稳定、波动大，闪烁严重；在使用过程中光通量下降、光照暗浅，不符合采光要求；
3、耗电量大；30W日光灯实耗37.5W。
4、日光灯管使用寿命短。经测定使用寿命只有350小时左右
本实用新型的目的就是为了克服上述日光灯所存在的缺点而提出的。
本实用新型的目的通过如下措施达到：
1、将原日光灯电路（图1）中配备电阻R改为电感YZ做限流器；限流器的技术参数为：1.规格：20W－100W；2.线径：0.31～0.34毫米；3.匝数：1200－1300；4.铁芯截面20×24cm2；5.铁芯间隙0.3～0.6毫米。
2、增大原日光灯电路中（图1）电容器的电容量，将电容器C1C2由原来容量为4微法／600伏增大到6－8微法／600伏。
图2是本实用新型的电路图，该电路为二倍压整流电路。当接通开关K时，电路电压经过D1、D2、C1、C2、YZ限流倍压整流后使日光灯管Y两端获得550－580伏左右的电压，日光灯管Y内的氩气电离，氩气放电后，日光灯管内温度上升，随之管内水银蒸气压力上升，电子撞击水银蒸气、灯管内从氩气放电过渡到水银放电激励灯管壁上的荧光粉，促使灯管立即击穿点燃。
本实用新型的优点是：
1、节能。如30W日光灯    经多次测定，证明，本实用新型的电路图2与原电路（图1）比较，可节电14％。
2、限流器YZ寿命长。
3、功率因数较高，可达92％。
4、对电压的适应性强，在电源电压为170伏时，仍能保证在接通电源后，1秒钟内一次点燃。
5亮度好。光通量大，如30W日光灯    光通量达1600流明无闪烁；符合生产、学习、生活的需要。
6、除了开、破、漏气、灯丝头完全脱落的灯管外，对于一端断丝和两端断丝的灯管仍能正常使用，且使用寿命可达800多个小时。

Claims (2)

1、一种照明用日光灯、电子镇流器，其电路由两只二极管、两只交流电容及限流器组成。其特征是在电路中采用电感YZ作限流器，电容C1、C1的容量为6～8微法。
2、如权利要求1所述的日光灯，其特征是所说的电感YZ的技术参数为，规格20～100W；线径：0.31－0.34mm；匝数：1200－1300；铁芯截面20×24cm2，铁芯间隙0.3～0.6mm。
