Abstract
一种属于放射治疗装置的磁红仪,由远红外线部件[A]、磁场部件[B]和电控部件[C]构成。它消除了部件[A]和[B]之间的物理屏障,合理地将它们组合在一起,起到对人体病区作远红外和磁场的叠加治疗,发挥两种疗法共同的生物物理效应,相辅相成,提高疗效和显示新的医疗功能,达到较明显的解挛、镇痛、消肿和消炎等作用。
Description
本实用新型涉及治疗时使放射源运动的放射疗法装置,具体地说,是远红外线和磁力线构成的放射疗法装置。
现有的医学物理疗法,常见的有红外线热疗和磁疗等,如YZ-1A型远红外治疗器,1984年试制的YHW康乐牌远红外电疗椅和DH磁性二用微型按摩器就是这类装置。前者是将电热能通过远红外线发射元件转化为近于人体蛋白分子固有频率的远红外波,达到人体病区后,使表皮肤温暖、局部组织松弛舒展和毛细血管扩张,促进病理产物吸收,消除体液循环障碍,调整神经功能,解除肌肉痉挛,增进组织再生能力和提高细胞活力;而后者是静磁场结构,将几百高斯至几千高斯的磁场作用于人体经穴,达到舒经、理气、活血、治疗疾病的功效。
不足的是,上述两种治疗器械只具单一的功能,不能互为引用,而在医疗实践中,常希望能对患者同时施以磁疗和远红外线热疗。例如,对于体内湿气较重的患者,单独施以磁疗,不易见效,若配合远红外线治疗,祛除湿气,疗效就易提高。
本实用新型的目的是消除产生于远红外线热疗和磁疗之间的物理屏障,将磁疗机和远红外线热疗器合理地组合,制成一个新型的磁远红外治疗仪,充分发挥原有两种治疗装置的作用,使疗效有实质性的变化。
本实用新型是这样实施的:它由远红外线部件〔A〕、磁场部件〔B〕和电控部件〔C〕三个主要部件组成。对部件〔A〕和〔B〕给出合理的组合,消除它们之间的物理屏障,使远红外线与磁场叠加作用于人体病痛部位。远红外线部件〔A〕由远红外线辐射板〔4〕发热恒温器件〔5〕,电极片〔6〕组成,发热恒温器件具有自动恒温的功能,在热能的激励下,远红外辐射板〔4〕将不断地向外辐射远红外线。磁场部件〔B〕由马达〔10〕和恒磁体〔8〕组成,恒磁体〔8〕受马达〔10〕驱动,按一定方向与速度旋转,变静磁为旋磁。电控部件〔C〕实际上是一个延迟电路,它控制每次理疗时间,例如,一般取20分钟,疗程结束,便切断对发热恒温器件〔5〕和马达〔10〕的供电,并设有光、声指示。
本实用新型与已有技术相比,具有明显的技术进步,它显示了新的治疗效果。由于在一次治疗中,远红外线和磁场叠加作用于人体病区,发挥两种疗法共同的生物物理效应,相辅相成,起到较明显的解挛、镇痛、消肿和消炎的作用。
本实用新型体积小、耗电少,使用简单,适应范围广,适合医疗保健机构和家庭使用。特别是,它十分适宜于治疗老年退行性病变;急、慢性腰背部软组织损伤、劳损酸痛;骨关节部位损伤后肿痛、肩关节周围炎、风湿性神经炎、面瘫、面肌痉挛、颞颌关节功能紊乱;手脚冻疮、寒冷性红斑等病。所以,本实用新型具有广泛的应用前景。
附图说明:图1为本实用新型的结构示意图,其外壳具便携式形状。当然,也可制成其它便于使用的形状,成为系列产品。图2是该实施例的电控制部件〔C〕的电路图。
本实用新型的一个实施例如图1,图2所示,下面通过对实施的阐述,进一步说明本实用新型的细节。本实施例的构成部件,在图1中分别以外罩〔1〕、外罩头〔2〕、底板〔3〕、远红外辐射板〔4〕、发热恒温器件〔5〕、电极片〔6〕、防护罩〔7〕、恒磁体〔8〕、支架〔9〕、马达〔10〕、定时指示灯〔11〕、温控指示灯〔12〕、手柄〔13〕、电源开关〔14〕、固定螺丝〔15〕、电源接线柱〔16〕、延迟电路〔17〕、计时回零按钮〔18〕、温控开关〔19〕、电源指示灯〔20〕和磁体支架〔21〕来表示。
为了便于安装和使用操作方便,外罩〔1〕采用头部大而尾部细长的形式,而且,其尾部为组合体,头部与外罩头〔2〕相匹配。当然也可采用其它形式。
参照附图1,支架〔9〕用螺钉固定在外罩〔1〕上,支架〔9〕的上半部分装有马达〔10〕,下端部装有底板〔3〕,马达〔10〕和底板〔3〕均用螺钉固定在支架〔9〕上。在马达〔10〕的转轴上装有磁体支架〔21〕,在此磁体支架的两端对称装有恒磁体〔8〕,其表面场强取用3500高斯,其N、S极呈平行条状,並朝罩面方向。此马达〔10〕、磁体支架〔21〕和恒磁体〔8〕组成旋磁部件(B),随马达〔10〕的转动,形成定速、定向的旋磁,发出的磁力线束能穿透人体病区。在以上所述的底板〔3〕上中心部位紧贴装有发热恒温器件〔5〕,这是一种PTC器件,有恒定温度的性能。在此发热恒温器件的上下两侧贴有电极片〔6〕,电极片用导线与延迟电路〔17〕相连,在底板〔3〕上紧贴发热恒温器件〔5〕装有远红外辐射板〔4〕,它是一块用一种陶土和高英砂陶瓷粉压制而成的陶瓷片。此底板〔3〕、发热恒温器件〔5〕、电极片〔6〕和远红外辐射板〔4〕组成远红外线部件(A),随着电极片〔6〕通市电,发热恒温器件〔5〕发热,远红外辐射板〔4〕就辐射出远红外线。磁场部件(B)和远红外线部件(A)牢固安装于外罩〔1〕头部的内腔中后,盖上防护罩〔7〕,再用罩头〔2〕以螺纹连接形式旋紧在外罩〔1〕上,以压紧发热恒温器件〔5〕和远红外辐射板〔4〕。外罩〔1〕尾部即为手柄〔13〕,手柄下部是手柄盖板,用螺钉〔15〕固定在外罩〔1〕上;手柄内腔中装有延迟电路〔17〕,延迟电路〔17〕焊接在底板上,底板固定在外罩〔1〕上,延迟电路的进线接点与电源开关〔14〕和电源接线柱〔16〕相连。在外罩〔1〕头部上表面靠近手柄〔13〕处装有定时指示灯〔11〕,温控指示灯〔12〕,电源指示灯〔20〕和计时回零按钮〔18〕;在手柄〔13〕的下部靠近外罩头部处装有温控开关〔19〕,它们均受延迟电路控制。在手柄〔13〕下部还装有电源开关〔14〕,其一端与电源进线相连,另一端与延迟电路相接。以上结构的磁红仪,使用时插上电源,拨动计时回零按钮〔18〕至所需治疗时间位置,打开电源开关〔14〕,则电源指示灯〔20〕,定时指示灯〔11〕和温控指示灯〔12〕均亮,马达〔10〕旋转,输出磁力线束;同时,通过电极片〔6〕加热发热恒温器件〔5〕,並自动恒定在220℃上,远红外辐射板〔3〕辐射出远红外线,照射病区。当病人感到温度太高时,可拨动温控开关〔19〕,暂停对发热恒温器件〔5〕加热。当治疗时间结束时,继电器吸合,指示灯〔12〕熄灭,马达〔10〕和发热恒温器件〔5〕停止工作。
在图2中,给出本实施例的电控部件的组成。它是一个延迟定时器。电源开关K闭合后,指示灯L1即亮,由于定时单元电阻R2、电容C2和稳压管D2的作用,使自开机至定时时间到达后,定时指示灯L2和温控指示灯L3由亮转暗,马达〔10〕和发热恒温器件〔5〕也由工作而停止。每一疗程开始,要揿一下计时回零按钮〔18〕这时,电容器C2经按钮〔18〕将其上电压释放至零电位后再以R2C2常数充电,当电容器C2充电电压等于稳压管D2的齐纳电压VZ和晶体管Tr1基射电压Vb2之和时,定时时间到达,晶体管Tr1受到饱和驱动,使继电器J1吸合,其常开点与刀接通,指示灯L2开路而继电器J2工作,其刀K2与常开掷闭合,使马达停转,发热恒温器件〔5〕停止加温,指示灯L3熄灭。定时时间为20分钟,当然也可设计成定时时间可调方式。
本实施例的治疗仪的功耗为44瓦特。
Claims (3)
1、一种由远红外线部件(A)、磁场部件(B)和电控部件(C)三个主要部件组成的磁红仪,其特征在于:
a)所说的远红外线部件(A)包括发热恒温器件[5],电极片[6],远红外辐射板[4]和防护罩[7],电极片[6]紧贴于发热恒温器件[5]的两侧,远红外辐射板[4]与发热恒温器件[5]紧贴装配,三者均安装在底板[3]上,並用防护罩压紧,
b)所说的磁场部件(B)是一个旋磁部件,由恒磁体[8],磁体支架[21]和马达[10]组成,磁体支架[21]装在马达[10]的转轴上,恒磁体[8]对称地安装在磁体支架[21]的两端,
c)所说的电控部件是一个延迟电路[17],並设置有电源开关[14],计时回零按钮[18]和指示灯,电源开关、计时回零按钮和指示灯均装在外罩[1]上並与安装在手柄内腔的延迟电路[17]相连。
2、根据权利要求1所述的磁红仪,其特征在于所说的发热恒温器件〔5〕是一种PTC器件。
3、根据权利要求1所述的磁红仪,其特征在于所说的指示灯包括电源指示灯〔20〕,定时指示灯〔11〕和温控指示灯〔12〕。
