传统的通信电缆主要由绝缘线芯和护套构成,导体结构为实心铜芯,由于铜材的耗用占整个通信电缆成本的70%以上,由于铜资源的短缺,铜价的持续上涨,这给通信电缆生产带来巨大的成本压力。

本实用新型的目的是要提供一种在确保通信信号传输性能稳定的基础上,节约铜资源材料,生产成本低的铜包铝芯通信电缆。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,铜包铝芯通信电缆,其特征是设有铜包铝线导体、实心聚烯烃绝缘层、双层聚脂带绕包层和聚烯烃铝塑护套,铜包铝线导体外表面挤包实心聚烯烃绝缘层构成绝缘单线,两根绝缘单线绞合构成加强型对绞线,以加强型对绞线成缆的缆芯外表面绕包双层聚脂带绕包层,聚烯烃铝塑护套设置在双层聚脂带绕包层的外表面。
本实用新型结构合理简单,生产制造容易,电缆通信信号传输性能好,信号传输稳定,节约铜材料,降低电缆生产成本。本电缆的导体由铝芯线和紧密包覆的铜层构成,铜层与铝芯线间实现冶金结合,铜层沿圆周方向及纵向分布均匀,铜层与芯线之间实现原子间的冶金结合,牢不可分,经久耐用。铜包铝线由于其表面同心包覆了一层纯铜,因此具有和纯铜线一样的可焊性。与纯铜导体电缆相比,不仅具有了铜良好的导电性和铝重量轻的优点,而且节约了大量铜资源,降低了电缆的生产成本,具有明显的经济效益。采用实心聚烯烃绝缘,使电缆具有良好的耐电强度。两根绝缘单线绞合构成加强型对绞线,提高电缆的串音指标和抗干扰性能。缆芯上采用聚脂带双层重叠绕包,提高了电缆的耐热性能。外护采用铝塑复合带与聚烯烃粘结在一起的聚烯烃铝塑护套,使电缆具有良好的屏蔽和防潮等性能。

具体实施方式
先在铜包铝线导体1外表面挤包实心聚烯烃绝缘层2构成绝缘单线,以两根绝缘单线为一组绞合构成加强型对绞线3,以加强型对绞线3成缆的缆芯外表面绕包双层聚脂带绕包层4,在双层聚脂带绕包层的外表面先绕包铝塑复合带再在铝塑复合带上挤包聚烯烃构成聚烯烃铝塑护套5。
