背景技术
太阳能热水器被市场看好，是因为符合目前倡导的环保节能、健康安全的生活理念，只要在太阳能照到的地方就可以使用太阳能热水器，以满足人们对热水的需求，而太阳能又是取之不尽、用之不竭的再生能源。但是目前所使用的热水器板是以一定的角度固定后不能调整，不能随时跟踪太阳的最大光通量，影响了太阳能热水器的供热水效果。
