本实用新型涉及一种吊车梁,尤其是一种带伸臂的钢吊车梁。
背景技术:
在电解铝工程中,为了满足电解槽中间通道转运技术的要求,要设置活动吊车梁,活动吊车梁的两端需要与带伸臂的钢吊车梁连接。由于这种带伸臂的钢吊车梁的受力较复杂,不能直接采用一般的普通钢吊车梁进行安装,因此,带伸臂的吊车梁设计成为要解决的主要问题。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种可用于连接活动吊车梁且使用安全、可靠的带伸臂的钢吊车梁,以解决现有技术存在的问题。
本实用新型是这样构成的:它包括钢梁(1),在钢梁(1)上设有伸臂(2)和4个以上的加劲肋(3),设在伸臂(2)支座处的加劲肋(3)下端直接固定在钢梁(1)的下翼缘(5)上,上端通过垫板(4)顶紧在钢梁(1)的上翼缘(6)上;设在远离伸臂(2)支座处的加劲肋(3)两端直接固定在上翼缘(6)和下翼缘(5)上,在下翼缘(5)上连接有高强螺栓(7);设在钢梁(1)中部的加劲肋(3)两端通过垫板(4)顶紧在上翼缘(6)和下翼缘(5)上,所有加劲肋(3)的侧边固定在钢梁(1)的腹板(8)上。
由于普通的钢吊车梁一般按照简支梁设计,其上部受压,下部受拉,受力简单、明确;而带伸臂的钢吊车梁与此不同,其伸臂端支座处上部受拉,下部受压,远端支座还要承受上拔的拉力作用,受力较复杂。因此,本实用新型根据带伸臂的钢吊车梁的受力情况,将设在伸臂支座处的加劲肋下端焊接在钢梁的下翼缘上,上端通过垫板顶紧在钢梁的上翼缘上,以保证伸臂支座处传力明确及上部受拉区的疲劳强度;而在远离伸臂支座处,加劲肋的两端直接焊接在上翼缘和下翼缘上,并在下翼缘上设置高强螺栓与支座相连,以承受吊车荷载产生的上拔力;在钢梁的中间部分,加劲肋两端通过垫板顶紧在上翼缘和下翼缘上,以保证上翼缘的局部稳定及下翼缘的疲劳强度。所有加劲肋的侧边和钢梁腹板焊接。经工程实践检验证明,本实用新型完全满足了用于连接活动吊车梁的受力要求,且使用安全、可靠。

具体实施方式:
本实用新型的实施例:如附图1所示,在钢梁(1)上设置伸臂(2)和5个加劲肋(3),伸臂(2)用高强螺栓连接在支座上。将设在伸臂(2)支座处的加劲肋(3)的下端与钢梁(1)的下翼缘(5)顶紧焊接,上端通过垫板(4)与上翼缘(6)顶紧,并将加劲肋(3)与垫板(4)焊接,但垫板(4)与上翼缘(6)顶紧不焊接;将设在远离伸臂(2)支座处的加劲肋(3)两端分别与上翼缘(6)和下翼缘(5)焊接,并在下翼缘(5)上设置高强螺栓(7)与支座相连;将设在钢梁(1)中部的加劲肋(3)两端均通过垫板(4)与上翼缘(6)和下翼缘(5)顶紧,加劲肋(3)与垫板(4)相焊接,但垫板(4)与上翼缘(6)和下翼缘(5)顶紧不焊接。所有加劲肋(3)的侧边与钢梁(1)的腹板(8)焊接固定。
