本实用新型涉及一种蒸发器,特别是涉及一种用在一体空调机上的折弯蒸发器。
背景技术
目前,空调机上的蒸发器是有采用方形的、折弯式的,方形的蒸发器竖放、斜放所产生的冷凝水都是通过沿着翅片流到导水槽里的,在墙上的分体空调所用的蒸发器是采用折弯式的,所产生的冷凝水不是四周都有,处理起来比较容易。但对采用折弯蒸发器的一体式空调机来说,蒸发器水平装在机器内,四周都会产生冷凝水,如果折弯蒸发器结构设计不合理,所产生的冷凝水就将滴到机器上,损失机器,影响机器的性能。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种用在一体空调机上的折弯蒸发器,以解决折弯蒸发器四周产生冷凝水滴到机器上,损坏机器,影响空调机的性能。
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是提供用在一体空调机上的折弯蒸发器,包括折弯蒸发器,折弯蒸发器前后侧的风道边缘设有水槽和挡板,折弯蒸发器左右侧设有分岭槽。
本实用新型的有益效果是采用在折弯蒸发器前后侧和左右设有水槽,可将蒸发器产生的冷凝水导流到接水盘里,不会损坏机器。

具体实施方式
下面,结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作更详细的说明。
见图1、图2,用在一体空调机上的折弯蒸发器,包括折弯蒸发器1,折弯蒸发器1前后侧的风道边缘2设有水槽3和挡板4,折弯蒸发器1左右设有分岭槽5,蒸发器1前后侧产生的冷凝水就直接流到风道边缘2的水槽3内,蒸发器1左右侧产生的冷凝水通过蒸发器1左右侧的分岭槽5流到风道边缘2的水槽3内,再通过水槽3流入接水盘。

1、用在一体空调机上的折弯蒸发器,包括折弯蒸发器,其特征在于:折弯蒸发器前后侧的风道边缘设有水槽和挡板,折弯蒸发器左右侧设有分岭槽。
