本实用新型涉及一种教学用圆规的改进,确切地说,它是一种借助磁体磁力作用,用于在铁皮黑板上作圆时的教学用磁柱定位圆规,属日常教学用品领域。
                        背景技术
目前,用圆规在铁皮黑板上作圆时,是通过1个铁钉作圆心贴于黑板表面来定位实现的。显然,这样的作圆定位方式,不仅不便于圆心的固定,而且,铁钉头还会使黑板产生划痕,影响教学。
                        发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了克服已有技术的不足而设计制作的一种教学用磁柱定位圆规。
本实用新型在结构上由粉笔、笔杆、支杆、磁柱构成。特征之一是所述的支杆的下端与磁柱相紧密连接。特征之二是所述的磁柱呈空心体圆柱状,其空心体内依次设有1个夹层滚轴,1个圆心针和1个弹簧,且弹簧直接套住圆心针,而夹层滚轴连接磁柱和支杆。
本实用新型是这样实现的,画圆时,当确定了圆心位置和半径大小后,将套有弹簧的圆心针,对准黑板面上所确定的圆心位置直至彼此接触,然后使磁柱下端面与黑板面相触,便很快吸牢。基于弹簧的可伸缩性,此时圆心针被压入在磁柱空心体内,教师便可非常自如地在黑板上画出标准的圆来了。具有设计合理、结构简单、使用方便、可保持黑板平整光滑表面,利于教学等特点。

                      具体实施方案
图1和图2也是本实用新型实施例。其中,笔杆、支杆和圆心针为铝合金材料用冷作方法制成,弹簧和夹层滚轴为外购件,磁柱为外协件。按图示用弹簧套住圆心针,再使夹层滚轴将支杆和磁柱连接起来便成。值得指出的是,平常,圆心针外露,便于对准圆心,只有画圆时,基于弹簧的作用,圆心针才会向磁柱空心体内缩进,确保磁柱紧紧吸住黑板面,达到预期目的。
