技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种散热冷却系统,特别是涉及一种适用于各种电子芯片以及大功率电子电气元件的散热的异地强制液冷式微槽群相变散热装置。
背景技术
目前,国内外对各种电子芯片以及大功率电子电气元件,特别是计算机芯片的冷却大多数采用散热片结合风扇方式,或本地单相液体强制对流换热的方式。
利用风扇对发热体进行空冷是目前最为广泛使用的散热方式,是在发热电子器件所处位置的空间里进行本地空冷方式,该技术通常在发热的电子电气器件或计算机芯片表面加贴铝制散热片,利用铝制散热片来增加对流换热面积,再以小型风扇进行强制对流气冷,将从芯片导出的热量通过散热片表面散失到电子电气系统内部大空间或计算机的机箱环境中去,从而达到冷却的效果。
风冷技术的主要缺陷在于:风扇的运转存在功耗,并且随着芯片频率的提高而增大;所需散热片的散热面积就越大,使得整个冷却装置需占用较大的体积空间,而散热面积的增大又会降低散热翅片的效率,使散热总能力无法大幅提高。
上面提到的本地液体强制对流换热散热方式则是基于液体热容量大、导热率高,使热量完成定向转移的原理,利用专用的冷却液、导热部件、泵、阀以及连通的循环管路,将芯片产生的热量,通过流通于管路中的高效导热液体,转移到电子电气器件或计算机功能系统外部环境中去,达到降低温度的效果。这种本地液体强制对流换热散热装置的整体构造是一个完全封闭的液体循环散热系统。
该系统的缺陷主要在于:这种散热方式的装置复杂,必须克服水循环时压降所需消耗的功率,整个封闭的液体循环散热系统几乎全部处于电子电气器件或计算机功能系统内部空间里,因而对散热系统的密封性要求非常高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是专门针对上述缺点,解决现有风冷散热技术存在的效率低、噪音大、功耗高、需较大散热面积、散热能力不足,以及本地单相液体强制对流换热散热技术存在的功耗高、装置复杂、需较高密封要求的技术缺陷;从而提供一种静音、取热面积小、散热热流密度高,以及散热总能力大的一种异地强制液冷式微槽群相变散热系统。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样的:本实用新型提供的异地强制液冷式微槽群相变散热系统,包括蒸发器2,所述的蒸发器2为一抽真空的密封空腔,其内部灌注有液体工质;其特征在于,还包括蒸汽保温软管3、异地强制液体对流式冷凝器4、循环液体微管5、回液软管7;所述的蒸发器2受热面的内壁上设置有微槽道9,蒸发器2的蒸汽出口和冷液回流口所在的那块壁的内壁面设置有纵横交错微槽道8;所述的异地液体强制对流式冷凝器4为抽真空的密封空腔,其底部中央设有冷凝液出口6,该出口处低于两边,在该冷凝液出口6的两边为斜坡状结构10,并且斜坡状结构10上设置有倒流微槽道11,N根循环液体微管5从该腔体穿过,循环液体微管5平行排列在异地液体强制对流式冷凝器4中;冷却循环液体在循环液体微管5内流动;蒸汽保温软管3的一端与蒸发器2的蒸汽出口相连,另一端与异地强制液体对流式冷凝器4的蒸汽进口相接,回液软管7的一端与异地强制液体对流式冷凝器4的冷凝液出口处相连,另一端与微槽群蒸发器2的进液口相接。
在上述技术方案中,所述的蒸发器2受热面的内壁上设置有微槽道的宽度和深度在0.01-1mm范围内,微槽道之间的间距在0.01-10mm范围内。
在上述技术方案中,所述的蒸发器2的蒸汽出口和冷液回流口所在的那块壁的内壁面设置的微槽道,其微槽道的宽度和深度在0.01-1mm范围内,微槽道之间的间距在0.01-1mm范围内;微槽道可以是纵向、横向、斜向单独排列,或者纵向、横向、斜向交叉组合排列;所述的微槽道的形状为矩形、三角形、梯形的几何形状。
在上述技术方案中,所述的异地液体强制对流式冷凝器4的底部设置的微槽为矩形、三角形或梯形几何形状。
在上述技术方案中,所述的蒸汽保温软管3内径在1-20mm的范围内,由导热系数较小的能任意弯曲的材料制成,例如聚氨酯材料,或采用较软的金属材料并在管外加保温套管制成,例如:在紫铜管外包覆塑料套管。
在上述技术方案中,所述的回液软管7为聚氨酯管,其内径在0.1-10mm的范围内,由能其它任意弯曲的材料制成。
在上述技术方案中,所述的异地液体强制对流式冷凝器4由热系数较高的金属材料,例如:金属铜或金属铝制成。
在上述技术方案中,所述的N根循环液体微管5至少为一根,或一根以上,其由导热系数很高的金属材料制成,例如不锈钢管;内径在1-10mm范围内,微管间的距离在2-20mm范围内。
在上述技术方案中,所述的液体工质8为具有一定汽化潜热的液体。
在上述技术方案中,所述的蒸发器2和异地液体强制对流式冷凝器4具有一定真空度的密封系统。系统内的绝对压力处于0.1~50kPa范围内时整个散热系统的散热冷却能力较强。
所述的一种高性能的新型异地强制液冷式微槽群相变散热系统的工作方法为:本地微槽群蒸发器2内注有液体工质8,受热面设置有微槽,微槽道的毛细力将微槽道边的液体工质吸入到微槽道内。液体工质在受热区域形成高强度的蒸发和沸腾,变成蒸汽带走发热体产生的热量,蒸汽通过与本地微槽群蒸发器2相连的蒸汽保温软管3流入到远离发热体位置的异地液体强制对流式冷凝器4中。蒸汽穿过异地液体强制对流式冷凝器4内的循环液体微管5,循环液体微管5内有一定流速的循环液体,蒸汽主要在循环液体微管5外壁上凝结放热,在重力的作用下,冷凝液滴落排泄到冷凝器的底部。蒸汽凝结所释放的热量由微管外壁传导到微管内壁,通过与循环液体微管内的循环液体进行的强制对流换热,最终由循环液体携带至外部环境中散失掉。而异地液体强制对流式冷凝器4底部的凝结液则通过能产生毛细力的回液软管7,借助于重力和毛细力的作用,流回到微槽群蒸发器2中,从而完成一个取热和放热的循环,达到使发热体冷却的目的。
本发明的优点在于:国内外的研究表明,微槽道内液体工质的蒸发和沸腾有着极高的强度,属于微空间尺度下的传热传质的超常现象,其相变蒸发热流密度的理论极限比目前各种电子芯片以及大功率电子电气元器件的最高发热热流密度还要高出约两个数量级,是一种高性能的冷却散热方式。本实用新型中的微槽群蒸发器采用了上述微槽道内液体工质的蒸发和沸腾换热原理,其尺寸可以小到与很小的电子电气元器件的发热面例如高性能计算机芯片的尺寸相匹配,从而大大节省了取热元件所占的功能系统的空间。
热量及流体输运器件采用了毛细泵两相抽吸回路(CPL)原理,可以将取热元件所取的高热流密度的热量及时输运至异地。
异地液体强制对流式冷凝器4布置在电子电气设备的功能系统以外的空间里,既不占用功能系统的空间,又不会影响到电子电气设备系统的工作安全,从而大大降低了对强制冷却水系统的密封要求。
需要泵阀等流控元件的循环液体系统远离被冷却的电子电气设备系统,可以达到静音冷却的效果。
本实用新型可以将狭窄空间里尺寸微小的大功率电子电气元器件所产生的高热流密度的发热量及时地散失到异地的外界大环境空间里去,实现整个散热系统的远程散热目的。
本实用新型无需像一些传统散热冷却方式那样,为强化对流换热冷却而必须在发热的各种电子芯片以及大功率电子电气元器件所处的有限空间里布置体积较大的肋片、电扇及相关散热冷却部件,从而可以大幅度地节省电子电气设备系统的功能空间。并可针对狭小空间内的小尺寸电子电气元器件,实现异地的、静音的、无功耗的、高强度的散热冷却。

实施例1参考图2,制作一异地强制液冷式微槽群相变散热装置。
参考图1a,蒸发器2用黄铜作成的空腔,并抽真空密封,其蒸发器2受热面内壁上刻有竖直的微槽道9,形成微槽群的蒸发器;所刻的微槽道9的宽度为0.3mm,深度为0.8mm,微槽道9之间的间距为0.4mm,微槽道9的形状为矩形。蒸发器2受热面的外表面通过导热硅胶(硅脂)与发热体1外表面紧贴在一起(如图2和图3b所示);将蒸发器2的空腔内充入无水乙醇或蒸馏水等具有较高的汽化潜热的液体工质,通过微槽道吸入到微槽道内受热区域里形成高强度的蒸发和沸腾,变成蒸汽以带走发热体产生的热量。
参考图3a,在蒸发器2的蒸汽出口和冷液回流口所在的那块壁的内壁面上设置纵横交错微槽道8,该纵横交错微槽道8密布纵横交错的设置,纵向和横向微槽8的宽度为0.3mm,深度为0.8mm,纵横交错微槽道8之间的间距为0.4mm。该纵横交错的微槽与蒸发器2受热面上的微槽组成贯通槽道,能形成很好的连续毛细引力作用,可以保证异地液体强制对流式冷凝器中凝结液的及时回流和避免蒸汽管中沿程冷凝液对出汽口的阻塞。制好的蒸发器2如图3b所示。
参考图4a和图4b,异地液体强制对流式冷凝器4由不锈钢制成的一密封空腔,它的底部中央开有一冷凝液出口6,该冷凝液出口6处的两边为斜坡状结构10,即冷凝液出口6的两边高,中央出口处低;另外斜坡上设置有导流微槽,该导流微槽为矩形形状。所述的斜坡面的斜坡的角度为45°。
参考图3a,4根不锈钢制成的循环液体微管5,穿过异地液体强制对流式冷凝器4,横向平行排列在异地液体强制对流式冷凝器4中,循环液体微管5内有一定流速的循环水。蒸汽保温软管3和回液软管7分别将蒸发器2和异地液体强制对流式冷凝器4连接起来,形成一个封闭的系统。蒸发器2通过蒸汽保温软管3连接到异地液体强制对流式冷凝器4;蒸发器2和异地液体强制对流式冷凝器4具有一定真空度的密封系统,系统内的绝对压力为10kPa。
异地液体强制对流式冷凝器4竖直放置在电子电气设备的机箱或机柜的外部或内部的非功能系统的空余空间(以不影响功能系统的正常工作为标准)。
液体强制对流式冷凝器和使用泵阀等流控元件的循环液体系统布置在电子电气设备的功能系统以外的空间里。
蒸发器2内的受热面刻布有许多微槽,形成微槽群,蒸汽主要在循环液体微管5外壁上凝结放热。在重力的作用下,冷凝液滴落排泄到冷凝器4的底部。蒸汽凝结所释放的热量由循环液体微管5外壁传导到微管内壁,通过与循环液体微管5内的循环水进行强制对流换热,最终由循环水携带至外部环境中散失掉。而异地液体强制对流式冷凝器4底部的凝结液则通过能产生毛细力的细小回液软管7,借助于重力和毛细力的作用,流回到微槽群蒸发器2中,从而完成一个取热和放热的循环,达到使发热体1冷却的目的。
实施例2:本实施例本地微槽群蒸发器2内的受热面即为发热体1的外表发热面。即直接将发热体1外表面与本地微槽群蒸发器2做成一体,作为本地微槽群蒸发器2受热面并在其外表面刻布竖直微槽道,形成微槽群。参考图3a,一根或者8根不锈钢管均可以制成的循环液体微管5,穿过异地液体强制对流式冷凝器4,横向平行排列在异地液体强制对流式冷凝器4中,循环液体微管5内有一定流速的循环水。其中蒸汽保温管软管3由紫铜管制成,并在紫铜管外包覆塑料套管,本实施例采用一根不锈钢制成的循环液体微管5,穿过异地液体强制对流式冷凝器4,横向平行排列在异地液体强制对流式冷凝器4中,循环液体微管5内有一定流速的循环水。本实施例的其他部。

1.一种异地强制液冷式微槽群相变散热系统,包括蒸发器(2),所述的蒸发器(2)为一抽真空的密封空腔,其内部灌注有液体工质;其特征在于,还包括蒸汽保温软管(3)、异地强制液体对流式冷凝器(4)、循环液体微管(5)、回液软管(7);所述的蒸发器(2)受热面的内壁上设置有微槽道(9),蒸发器(2)的蒸汽出口和冷液回流口所在那块壁的内壁面也设有纵横交错微槽道(8);所述的异地液体强制对流式冷凝器(4)为一抽真空的密封空腔,其底部中央设有冷凝液出口(6),在该冷凝液出口(6)的两边为斜坡状结构(10),并且斜坡状结构(10)上设置有导流微槽(11),循环液体微管(5)从所述的异地强制液体对流式冷凝器(4)的腔体穿过,并平行排列在异地液体强制对流式冷凝器(4)中;蒸汽保温软管(3)的一端与蒸发器(2)的蒸汽出口相连,另一端与异地强制液体对流式冷凝器(4)的蒸汽进口相接,回液软管(7)的一端与异地强制液体对流式冷凝器(4)的冷凝液出口(6)相连,另一端与微槽群蒸发器(2)的进液口相接。
