Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种用于干燥机的加热装置,由金属半管呈螺旋状固定缠绕于干燥机筒体外壁构成,机械成型的金属半管与简体外壁间形成与筒体内腔相隔离的通道,金属半管两端分别与导热载体的进出口装置联接,导热载体可为水、油或蒸汽等。本实用新型适用于各种干燥机,在化工、食品、医药等领域通过加热或冷却对物料进行干燥处理。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种化工、食品、医药等领域通过加热或冷却对物料进行干燥处理的装置,具体地说是一种用于干燥机的加热装置。
背景技术
在现有干燥设备中,一般以对流的方式用热风做干燥源对物料进行烘干的较多,其加热装置主要是往干燥机筒体中通以热风;也有在干燥机的外壁以夹套结构中通以热烟气进行干燥的;或在干燥机内设有热辐射源等方式进行干燥。
上述的干燥装置中,以热风采用对流方式进行烘干,由于热空气的滞留时间短,造成热效率低;因为通入的是热风,会使排出的湿气中含尘量较高,从而不仅会危害操作工人的身体健康,同时会造成严重的环境污染;另外,由于热风通入管路设于物料筒内,物料会与管路接触,长期使用会造成管壁腐蚀,粘附大量污物;干燥机内设热辐射源的干燥方式,同样存在加热装置腐蚀、外壁粘附污物等缺陷。
在干燥机内筒外设夹套结构,通以热烟气进行干燥的加热装置,因其通入的是气体造成流通快,加之其流程径短,所以热能利用率低造成热源的严重损失,同时烟尘不能得到彻底沉降导致环境污染严重,配以烟尘处理设备也耗资巨大。
实用新型内容本实用新型所要解决的技术问题,是要提供一种物料不与加热装置接触以防腐蚀的用于干燥机的加热装置,该装置热效率高,不造成任何粉尘污染,工作现场洁净。
本实用新型要解决上述的技术问题是通过以下的技术方案得以实现的:一种用于干燥机的加热装置,固定于干燥机筒体外,所述加热装置由呈螺旋状缠绕于干燥机筒体外壁的金属半管构成,金属半管与筒体外壁无缝隙固定联接,金属半管与筒体外壁间为与筒体内腔相隔离的通道,金属半管两端即通道的进出口分别与热载体的进出口装置相通。
上述的金属半管可以分为两段或两段以上的多段且依次缠绕,每段金属半管两端即通道的进出口分别与相应传热载体的进出口装置相通。
上述金属半管外附有保温材料,保温材料外包衬有外筒。
所述干燥机可以为回转圆筒干燥机、茶叶干燥机、卧式真空干燥机或传导式搅拌干燥机中的一种。
作为本实用新型的改进,所述的用于干燥机的加热装置,所用的干燥机为回转式圆筒干燥机,包括内筒及铁皮外筒,内筒的内壁上设有抄板,所述加热装置由通过无缝焊接固定于内筒外壁上且呈螺旋状缠绕于内筒外壁上的金属半管构成,金属半管与内筒外壁间为与内筒空腔相隔离的通道,金属半管的两端通过干燥机两端的旋转接头与热源联接,内外筒间于金属半管之外填充有保温材料。
作为本实用新型的进一步的改进,上述的用于回转圆筒干燥机的加热装置中,其金属半管分为两段或两段以上的多段且依次缠绕,各自的两端分别通过回转圆筒干燥机的旋转接头与热载体的进出口装置联接。
本实用新型所提供的上述结构的用于干燥机的加热装置,以水、蒸汽或导热油等为热载体,其工作原理如图1所示:加热流体进入到由金属半管与干燥机筒体外壁间所形成的通道,进一步地来加热干燥机筒体,从而实现热的传导,将热能传递给要烘干的物料,完成烘干工序。当然,本实用新型所提供的上述结构的用于干燥机的加热装置,通道内流动的也可以是制冷剂,这样就可作为冷却解晶机使用。该加热装置也可同其它加热方式相结合形成复合型加热,用于干燥机上。
该加热装置由于采用了半管式的结构,使得热载体与被加热筒体的接触面积增大,同时由于半管呈螺旋状缠绕于物料容器的外壁,增长了热载体在干燥时的行程,因此其在加热通道内的滞留时间增长,使热能利用率得到大大地提高,由原热风加热类干燥机的50-60%提高到8590%;本加热装置的半管通道可分为多段,通过增加机械密封副的数量实现分区、分段控温的加热或冷却干燥;本加热装置与被干燥物料不相接触,因此不会导致加热装置的腐蚀及粘着污物;采用该加热装置的回转圆筒干燥机,变对流式加热为传导式加热,彻底防止粉尘污染,工作现场洁净;另外,由于本实用新型的加热装置采有用机械成型的金属半管,其具有耐高温、导热系数高、膨胀系数小不易变形的特点,因此干燥机加热温度宽,导热快,适用范围广,适宜300℃以下任何温度段的物料干燥。
综上,本实用新型与现有技术相比所取得的技术进步是:本用于干燥机的加热装置结构及加工工艺简单,可对物料分多段在不同温度下进行干燥,热效率高,节能环保,其结构、加工工艺简单,维修方便且成本低廉,适用于任何干燥机型。
本实用新型下面将结合附图与具体实施例作进一步的详细说明。

具体实施方式
实施例(一)如图1所示的用于干燥机的加热装置,干燥机为卧式回转圆筒干燥机,干燥机包括用于盛装物料的圆柱型内筒1及圆柱型铁皮外筒2,内筒1的内壁上设有抄板。加热装置由通过无缝焊接固定于内筒外壁上的金属半管4构成,机械成型的金属半管4按一定螺距呈螺旋状缠绕于内筒1外壁,金属半管4与内筒1外壁间形成与内筒空腔相隔离的通道。内筒1外壁、金属半管4外与外筒2间填充有保温材料5。金属半管4的两端通道分别通过干燥机的旋转接头与热载体的进口71、出口72相联接。
实施例(二)如图2所示的用于干燥机的加热装置,为两段式回转圆筒干燥机的加热装置,其与实施例(一)的区别在于:图1中的金属半管4在图2中分为两段41、42且依次缠绕于干燥机的内筒外壁,金属半管41、42的两端即通道的进出口分别通过干燥机的旋转接头6与相应传热载体的进口71、出口72相联,从而实现对物料进行分段控温处理。
上述用于干燥机的加热装置两具体实施例以水、蒸汽或导热油等为热传导载体。

1.一种用于干燥机的加热装置,固定于干燥机筒体外,其特征在于:所述加热装置由呈螺旋状缠绕于干燥机筒体外壁的金属半管构成,金属半管与筒体外壁无缝隙固定联接,金属半管与筒体外壁间为与筒体内腔相隔离的通道,金属半管两端即通道的进出口分别与热载体的进出口装置相通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于干燥机的加热装置,其特征在于:金属半管分为两段或两段以上的多段且依次缠绕,每段金属半管两端即通道的进出口分别与相应传热载体的进出口装置相通。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于干燥机的加热装置,其特征在于:所述金属半管外附有保温材料,保温材料外包衬有外筒。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于干燥机的加热装置,其特征在于:所述干燥机为回转圆筒干燥机、茶叶干燥机、卧式真空干燥机或传导式搅拌干燥机中的一种。
5.根据权利要求3所述的用于干燥机的加热装置,其特征在于:所述干燥机为回转圆筒干燥机、茶叶干燥机、卧式真空干燥机或传导式搅拌干燥机中的一种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用于干燥机的加热装置,其特征在于:所述干燥机为回转式圆筒干燥机,包括内筒及铁皮外筒,内筒的内壁上设有抄板,所述加热装置由通过无缝焊接固定于内筒外壁上且呈螺旋状缠绕于内筒外壁上的金属半管构成,金属半管与内筒外壁间为与内筒空腔相隔离的通道,金属半管的两端通过干燥机两端的旋转接头与热源联接,内外筒间于金属半管之外填充有保温材料。
7.根据权利要求6所述的用于干燥机的加热装置,其特征在于:所述金属半管分为两段或两段以上的多段且依次缠绕,各自的两端分别通过回转圆筒干燥机的旋转接头与热载体的进出口装置联接。
