本实用新型公开了一种320KA铝电解槽阳极配置,它由阳极炭块,电解槽组成,阳极炭块按常规两排排列方式放入电解槽内,阳极炭块设计尺寸为:1600~1630×700~710×550mm(长×宽×高);电解槽槽膛大面加工面尺寸为:265~280mm,端头加工面尺寸为:385~390mm;阳极中缝尺寸为:150~180mm,阳极间缝尺寸为:30~40mm。本实用新型具有在增大阳极炭块尺寸的同时采用了较小的槽膛加工面和阳极中缝,在电流密度不变的情况下增加电流强度,从而达到提高槽膛单位面积产量等优点。

本实用新型涉及一种铝电解槽阳极配置结构。
技术背景:
阳极是铝电解槽的心脏,目前,预焙阳极铝电解槽均采用多组阳极,呈双排排列。阳极配置及尺寸直接影响到母线配置、流场设计等重大技术方案的确定,并且还关系到电解槽槽膛空间的有效面积,有效面积大,则产量高,有效面积小,则产量低。现阶段国内铝厂的预焙阳极铝电解槽的打壳下料点均布置于两排阳极的中缝间,中缝尺寸一般为200~300mm,阳极中缝占据电解槽有效面积较大,同时槽膛加工面尺寸(大面、端头)也占用了较大的有效面积。这样使槽膛有效面积大大减少,产量降低。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种320KA铝电解槽最佳阳极配置尺寸,以缩小电解槽的阳极中缝及槽膛加工面尺寸,增加槽膛有效面积,提高单位面积产量。
本实用新型是这样构成的:它由阳极炭块(1),电解槽(2)组成,阳极炭块(1)按常规两排排列方式放入电解槽(2)内,阳极炭块(1)设计尺寸长×宽×高:1600~1630×700~710×550mm;电解槽(2)槽膛大面加工面尺寸为:A1=265~280mm,端头加工面尺寸为:A2=385~390mm;阳极中缝尺寸为:A3=150~180mm,阳极间缝尺寸为:A4=30~40mm。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有在增大阳极炭块尺寸的同时采用了较小的槽膛加工面和阳极中缝,在电流密度不变的情况下增加电流强度,从而达到提高槽膛单位面积产量等优点。
