Abstract
一种侧卧位支撑架，侧卧位支撑架包括固定杆、背部支撑件，固定杆下部为与床体相连的夹持装置，固定杆上部为横向中空套管，背部支撑件杆体一端穿过套管并在调整位置后被固定，背部支撑件另一端连接有背部支撑板。使用本实用新型可长时间保持患者的侧卧体位，使医护和陪护人员可减少一定的工作量及体力消耗，且本装置操作简便、使用安全舒适。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种医疗器具，尤其是一种卧床患者侧卧位的支撑架。
背景技术
目前，临床上在给昏迷或体力衰弱的患者翻身后多靠家属或护理人员人力扶持以保持患者有效的侧卧体位；对神志清醒、有自主翻身能力的患者，因病情须长时间保持侧卧位时，躯体和肌肉易疲劳产生卧位变形，导致病情变化，抑或引起手术失败，有时产生严重的护理并发症；病情较重的肥胖患者须侧卧位时，侧卧时往往需要多人进行扶持协助。患者患以上疾病时，家属及相关的服务人员工作量增多，体力支付加大，且效果不理想，引起多种期别的压力性溃疡，严重影响了护理质量。另外，躁动患者躁动时，常需多人扶持且首尾难顾，以至家属及护理人员手忙脚乱。护理人员因体力超负荷，产生了椎间盘突出、腰肌劳损等多种职业病，严重影响了从业人员的健康。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、使用方便的侧卧位支撑架。
为实现上述目的本实用新的技术方案如下：
一种侧卧位支撑架，其特征是：侧卧位支撑架包括固定杆、背部支撑件，固定杆下部为与床体相连的夹持装置，固定杆上部为横向中空套管，背部支撑件杆体一端穿过套管并在调整位置后被固定，背部支撑件另一端连接有背部支撑板。
使用本实用新型技术方案的侧卧位支撑架可长时间保持患者的侧卧体位，使医护和陪护人员可减少一定的工作量及体力消耗，且本装置操作简便、使用安全舒适。

实施例1
如图1所示的实施中，侧卧位支撑架包括固定杆2、背部支撑件4，固定杆2下部为槽形夹持件1，夹持件1夹持在病床的床沿上并由螺栓固定，固定杆2上部为带有内螺纹的套管3，背部支撑件4杆体上带有与套管3配合的外螺纹，杆体穿过套管3并可通过旋转来调节与固定杆的相对位置。背部支撑件4一端有旋转把手，背部支撑件4另一端连接有背部支撑板6。

1、一种侧卧位支撑架，其特征在于：侧卧位支撑架包括固定杆(2)、背部支撑件(4)，固定杆(2)下部为与床体相连的夹持装置，固定杆(2)上部为横向中空套管(3)，背部支撑件杆体一端穿过套管(3)并在调整位置后被固定，背部支撑件(4)另一端连接有背部支撑板(6)。
