Abstract

一种雨水初期弃流装置，在箱体1的上部设雨水进水管2，在水箱体侧壁中部设集流水管3，在水箱底部设弃流管4和水流监视管5。水箱体内设筛网6及浮球水位计7。平时浮球下垂，弃流管上的手动阀9的开启度限制弃流的大小，弃流管上的电动阀5处于打开状态。降雨后当其降雨强度超过弃流管4的排水量时，水箱体1内的水位上升，浮球升至最高值时，由液位开关10输出信号，使电动阀门关闭，降雨全部从集流水管流出。降雨停止时，箱体内存水由水位监视管5流出，水位回落，浮球重新下垂，液位开关10输出信号，电动阀门5重新打开，装置恢复到非降雨的等待状态。

本实用新型涉及雨水收集技术领域。
背景技术
雨水做为一种水资源已经受到广泛的重视。雨水的收集和利用在我国北方地区更显迫切。由于降雨过程中不同历时的降雨水质有很大差别，初期降雨中悬浮物等污染物浓度远高于中后期的雨水，所以人们希望在雨水的收集利用时能把初期降雨弃之不用，而把其后的降雨收集起来，本实用新型就是满足这一需求而研发的装置。
发明内容
本实用新型的优点是：能把降雨初期的污染较严重的雨水与其后降雨的雨水自动分开，收集水质较好的雨水。能够随意调节初期弃流的大小；在收集雨水过程中不受降雨强度大小的影响，直到降雨完全终止为止；构造简单，自动运行。

降雨开始时，雨水从进水管2进入弃流装置箱体1内，经筛网6隔除大的杂质。平时浮球下垂，弃流管上的手动阀9的开启度限制弃流的大小，弃流管上的电动阀5处于打开状态。降雨后当其降雨强度超过弃流管4的排水量时，水箱体1内的水位上升，浮球升至最高值时，由液位开关10输出信号，使电动阀门关闭，降雨全部从集流水管流出。降雨停止时，箱体内存水由水位监视管5流出，水位回落，浮球重新下垂，液位开关10输出信号，电动阀门5重新打开，装置恢复到非降雨的等待状态。

  1. 一种雨水初期弃流装置，其特征是：箱体(1)的上部设有雨水进水管(2)，在箱体侧壁中部设集流水管(3)，在箱体底部设弃流管(4)和水流监视管(5)，箱体内设筛网(6)及浮球水位计(7)。在弃流水管(4)上设电动阀(8)和手动阀(9)，液位开关(10)通过信号线与浮球水位计(7)和电动阀(8)相连。
