Abstract
一种乳腺癌术后专用胸带由矩形背片左右两边分别与等高的矩形前胸内层衬布和前胸海绵衬垫缝合，在该两接缝上由内向外分别依次缝有数条紧固包扎带和三角巾，在前胸海绵衬垫上边患侧上缝有腋窝包扎带，在该带的腋窝部位缝有腋窝纱布袋、在背片的健侧向上缝有背带，腋窝包扎带、背带和紧固包扎带端部分别缝有尼龙绒搭扣。本实用新型的优点是，对乳腺癌术野及该侧腋下包扎压力均匀，皮瓣与创面贴合紧密，有效防止术野皮下积液、坏死或不愈合等并发症，愈合快、效果好。

本实用新型涉及一种医用包扎材料，具体地说是一种乳腺癌外科手术切除后包扎创口专用胸带即乳腺癌术后专用胸带。
背景技术
现有的乳腺癌术后包扎胸带卷拢后呈筒状，只能对上胸部创口包扎，无法对腋部有效加压包扎，容易出现皮下积液，皮瓣坏死或皮缘不愈合等并发症。
发明内容
为了克服现有的乳腺癌包扎胸带不便对腋窝部位包扎和加压的不足，本实用新型提供一种乳腺癌术后包扎专用胸带，不仅能有效包扎胸部创口，而且能方便地对腋下部位进行有效加压和包扎，减少并发症，创口愈合快。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种乳腺癌术后专用胸带由背片、前胸内层衬布、前胸海绵衬垫、紧固包扎带、三角巾、腋窝包扎带等缝合而成，其特征是矩形背片左右两边分别缝有与背片等高的矩形前胸内层衬布和前胸海绵衬垫，在该两接缝上从内向外依次缝有数条紧固包扎带和三角巾，三者叠合与背片缝制在一起，在前胸海绵衬垫上边患侧缝有腋窝包扎带，在该带的腋窝部位缝有纱布袋，在背片上边健侧缝有背带，腋窝包扎带、背带和紧固包扎带的端部分别缝有尼龙绒搭扣。
本实用新型的积极效果是除了对乳腺癌术后方便包扎胸部创口的同时，采用腋窝包扎带及垫入腋窝纱布袋纱布的多与少、厚与薄可调整对腋部创口的包扎与加压，压力均匀作用于乳癌手术的各术野处，确保皮瓣与其内创面密切相贴，避免了皮下积液、皮瓣坏死和皮缘不愈合等可能发生的并发症，减轻了患者的痛苦。

具体实施方式
在图1中，矩形背片(2)左右两边分别缝有等高的矩形前胸内层衬布(3)和前胸海绵衬垫(1)，在该两接缝上由内向外依次缝有数条紧固包扎带(4)和三角巾(5)，在前胸海绵衬垫(1)上边患侧缝有向上的腋窝包扎带(6)，在该带的腋窝部位缝有腋窝纱布袋(8)，腋窝包扎带(6)，背带(7)和数条紧固包扎带(4)的端部分别缝有尼龙绒搭扣(9)。在乳腺癌患者术后包扎时的使用方法是，将胸带展开如图1所示，背片(2)衬垫在患者背部，依次将前胸内层衬布(3)向内复盖在胸前，将前胸海绵衬垫(1)向内复盖在衬布(3)上，背片两边的数条紧固扎紧带(4)绕向胸前扎紧，以端部尼龙绒搭扣(9)扣住。包扎好胸部后，将腋窝包扎带(6)绕向患肢腋窝部，纱布袋(8)内衬好足够厚度的纱布，将腋窝部创口包扎压紧。健侧的背带(7)绕过肩部后向前与紧固包扎带(4)扣住。最后将背片(2)两侧最外层的三角巾(5)向内围拢，将患肢手臂曲屈包入并固定，减少其运动，促进腋窝创口尽快愈合。

1、一种乳腺癌术后专用胸带，由背片、前胸内层衬布、前胸海绵衬垫、紧固包扎带、三角巾、腋窝包扎带及背带等缝合而成，其特征是矩形背片左右两边分别与等高的矩形前胸内层衬布和前胸海绵衬垫缝合，在该两接缝上由内向外同时依次缝有数条紧固包扎带和三角巾，三者叠合与背片缝合在一起，在前胸海绵衬垫的上边患侧缝有腋窝包扎带，在背片的健侧上边缝有背带。
2、根据权利要求1所述的乳腺癌术后专用胸带，其特征是在腋窝包扎带的腋窝部位缝有纱布袋。
3、根据权利要求1所述的乳腺癌术后专用胸带，其特征是腋窝包扎带、背带和紧固包扎带的端部分别缝有尼龙绒搭扣。
