Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种环流式注氧机。属于渔池增氧设备。主要特征在于由电动机、轴流泵及弯头水管组成,在轴流泵的泵体上设有注气孔、注气环和注气管,使轴流泵向下抽水时,可通过注气孔将空气吸入水中,与水混合,并水平射向渔池中,从而增大增氧效果。

一、技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种可将空气注入水体,在水气混合物的推动下使池塘水体产生环流的注氧机——环流式注氧机,属于一种渔池水质处理增氧设备。
二、背景技术:
现有水产品的精养池塘,要增加经济效益,必须增加养殖密度,在高密度养殖的情况下,水体缺氧,水质不良,必须配备增氧机械为养殖对象提供足量的氧气和改善水质,充气式注氧设备投资成本高,只适用工厂化养殖,一般养殖户无能力承受,市场流通和养殖户使用的增氧机大多数是水体主动增氧,并是水表面增氧。国外引进的增氧机可向水体注氧,但只能使局部产生流动,不能使整池产生环流,是局部增氧。
三、发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能将空气注入水中并能使池塘水体产生环流的环流注氧机。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种环流式注氧机,具有电动机、轴流泵、弯头和出水管,其特征在于:电动机与轴流泵连接,轴流泵与弯头连接,弯头连接出水管;在轴流泵导叶出水处的泵体周壁上设有注气孔;在设有注气孔的泵体周围设有注气环道;在注气环道上设有注气管。
本实用新型的弯头为90°弯头。
本实用新型的注气孔设在轴流泵导叶出水流速最大处。
本实用新型的注气管与注气环道垂直连接,其进气口高于轴流泵水面。
本实用新型用风冷式电机作动力,垂直向下的轴流泵通过90°弯头将射流改变为水平流向,同时,空气通过注气管,经注气环道和注气孔进入泵体中与水混合,并经弯头和出水管水平冲出,使池塘水体产生环流,从而增大增氧效果,而且电动机不浸入水体中,使用寿命长。

五、具体实施方式:
如图所示,本实用新型由风冷电动机1、由泵体2.叶轮3.导叶4构成的轴流泵、90°弯头8和出水管9及注气管5和注气环6构成,风冷电动机与轴流泵连接,轴流泵与90°弯头连接,90°弯头与出水管连接。在轴流泵的导叶出水流速最大处的泵体周壁上设有多个注气孔7,并在设有注气孔的泵体四周设置注气环,将注气孔密封在注气环内,在注气环上垂直设置注气管,注气管的进气口要高于轴流泵,至少要与电机平齐。使用时,将本实用新型固定在浮子支架上,轴流泵没入池塘水中,接通电源,即可使混合水气沿水平方向射流,从而使池塘水产生环流,达到全塘增氧的目的,其增氧十分显著。

1、一种环流式注氧机,具有电动机,轴流泵、弯头和出水管,其特征在于:电动机与轴流泵连接,轴流泵与弯头连接,弯头连接出水管;在轴流泵导叶出水处的泵体周壁上设有注气孔;在设有注气孔的泵体周围设有注气环道;在注气环道上设有注气管。
2、根据权利要求1所述的环流式注氧机,其特征在于:弯头为90°弯头。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的环流式注氧机,其特征在于:注气孔设在轴流泵导叶出水流速最大处。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的环流式注氧机,其特征在于:注气管与注气环道垂直连接,其进气口高于轴流泵水面。
