背景技术：
目前，随着教育改革的不断深入，新型体育课教学不但要求教师锻炼学生的体能，传授运动常识和基本技能，更要求教师培养和锻炼学生的运动平衡与协调能力、运动节律于美感、健美于身心健康，强调更科学的有氧运动方式。随着2008年奥运会日趋临近，全国健身热潮也日益高涨，广大市民急需新型大众普及型健身器材。于是，七彩玲珑球在此背景下应运而生了。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种健身玲珑球，是根据国家教育改革纲要的精神和新课程标准的要求，依照中小学体育教学特点，遵循儿童心理学、运动生理学和中医人体经络学的理论和科学规律，巧妙构思精心设计的。
这种玲珑球是一个具有多种色彩的荧光塑胶材质的空心球，其中，球壁有若干镂空孔并均匀分布着众多按摩胶粒，球内有铜铃和发光小球若干个，并配有七种颜色的彩带和弹性橡皮绳。
体育教师可以将这种玲珑球作为体育教学器材灵活运用于体育教学活动中，丰富了体育教学活动内容，增加了体育课的趣味性；玲珑球艳丽的色彩，小巧可爱的外形，丰富的功能，可激发学生的体育锻炼兴趣，丰富了他们的课余活动，是他们身心健康的发展；广大市民利用它可以跳各种韵律有氧健身操，配合橡皮绳锤打肩、颈、背、腰、四肢等处或在手掌心、足底滚搓按摩，达到活气血、通经络，强身健体的作用；年轻父母可以将玲珑球作为玩具让孩子玩耍游戏，孩子在玩耍玲珑球时，其发出的悦耳铃声、悦目的闪光、鲜艳的色彩、遍布球面的按摩胶粒，可以刺激孩子的听觉、视觉和触觉神经，从而促进儿童的大脑发育，发展儿童智力。

图1是本实用新型的一个实施例，镂空为圆孔，铜铃数量为5个，发光球以纽扣电池作为电源，以发光二极管作为光源，七种颜色的彩带可绑缚在任意两个镂空圆孔之间，随球体运动而飘动，也可另一段系成固定套，便于手持，使用者手持橡胶绳绳套一段，挥舞球体。

1、一种玲珑球，是一个荧光塑胶材质的空心球，其特征在于：球壁有若干镂空孔并均匀分布着众多按摩胶粒，球内有铜铃和发光小球若干个，并配有弹性橡皮绳。
2、根据权利要求1所述的这种玲珑球，其特征在于：发光球以纽扣电池为电源以发光二极管为光源。
3、根据权利要求1所述的这种玲珑球，其特征在于：铜铃数量可为5个。
