背景技术
:我国城镇的生活小区住宅、办公楼、工厂、街道等地方的厕所粪便及污水大多通过化粪池来处理,经处理的污水仍严重超标,排放后污染水源,影响了城市环境卫生。目前较好的化粪池属无动力生物化粪池,处理的污水虽然较普通化粪池好一些,但污水过滤层次少,过滤效果差,不能使出水悬浮物完全沉淀和充分降解,处理后的水质但仍达不到国家规定的标准。
发明内容
:本实用新型的目的是克服现有化粪池的不足,提供一种结构简单、降解充分、排放达标,适用于住宅和公共厕所使用的小型生活污水处理装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样的,该污水处理装置包括沉淀池、厌氧沉滤池、一级生物滤池、二级滤池和好氧池。沉淀池的侧壁上装有进水管,各池之间通过过水管相连通。一级生物滤池中装有过滤板、生物滤料、滤网和洗料管;二级滤池中装有滤网和复合滤料;好氧池中设置有阻水墙和过滤料,好氧池的出口位置设置有净化器。将厕所的粪便污水经进水管进入沉淀池进行沉淀处理,再通过过水管到达厌氧沉滤池,利用30-50度条件下产生的厌氧菌降解悬浮物,达到稀释、降解生物需氧量BOD5和生化需氧量COD浓度的效果。经过上述两池处理的污水再进入一级生物滤池,通过滤网和生物滤料将未降解的悬浮物进行过滤,然后进入二级滤池,通过加有化学药剂的复合滤料进行充分的过滤、消毒。污水最后进入好氧池,底部有小颗粒的过滤料,并设置有阻水墙,使流水速度减缓,便于小颗粒悬浮物被过滤料吸收,并被该池的好氧菌充分消化,再通过出口位置的净化器,使最后处理的水质达到国家排放标准。
该生活污水处理装置可达到以下效果:1、处理的水质优于国家三级排放标准,可用于小区绿地灌溉和二次冲厕用;2、该污水池里装置不耗能,耐冲击,牢固、安全;3、处理后的水质稳定、清淘周期长(2-3年);4、该装置结构简单、占地面积小,不影响地表布局。

本实用新型的各零部件包括:1-砼底板 2-池桶壁 3-过水管 4-过滤板 5-生物滤料 6-洗料管 7-管孔 8-滤网 9-复合滤料 10-滤网 11-隔板 12-过滤料 13-阻水墙 14-生物药剂 15-滤网 16-出水口 17-净水器 18-抽气井 19-供氧管 20-好氧池 21-盖板 22-排气管 23-二级滤池 24-一级生物滤池 25-倒冲式冲洗口 26-厌氧沉滤池 27-清理口 28-沉淀池 29-清掏口 30-进水管 31-池底板32-供氧管具体实施方式:本实用新型的实施方式结合附图1加以说明。
如图所示,本实用新型包括沉淀池28、厌氧沉滤池26、一级生物滤池24、二级滤池23、好氧池20。由于二级生物滤池和好氧池是最后工序的污水处理池,与其它池的底板水平高差为20-40mm,用于处理沉淀后的污水。沉淀池28的侧壁上装有进水管30,盖板上装有清掏口29。沉淀池、厌氧沉滤池、一级生物滤池、二级滤池之间通过过水管3连通。厌氧沉滤池上方的盖板装有清理口27,一级生物滤池上方的盖板装有倒冲式冲洗口25,池中装有过滤板4和滤网8,过滤板4上装有洗料管6和生物滤料5,洗料管6上有喷水的管孔7。二级滤池中装有滤网10和复合滤料9,二级滤池和好氧池之间设置有隔板11,好氧池20中装有过滤料12和阻水墙13,出口位置上装有净化器,净化器油滤网15和生物药剂14组成。出口位置的盖板上装有抽水井18、供养管19和32。设置两处供氧管的目的是增加供氧量,以解决好氧池供氧不足问题。污水经由沉淀池、厌氧沉滤池降解处理后,再从一级生物滤池底部进入池中,通过装有生物滤料的过滤层,为了防止阻塞,自来水通过倒冲式冲洗口,通过洗料管向下冲洗填料。经处理的污水进入二级滤池,该池以小颗粒复合滤料填充,过滤效果更好,再经过好氧池降解沉淀处理后,进入净化器,对污水进行除色、除味,处理后的污水就可达到标准排放的效果。净化器由滤网15和生物药剂14组成,生物药剂包括除臭剂、凝聚剂和漂白粉。生物滤料5包括石灰石、石膏、矿渣;复合滤料9包括上述滤料加上除臭剂和凝聚剂。
Claims (4)
1.一种小型生活污水处理装置,包括沉淀池、厌氧沉滤池、一级生物滤池、二级滤池和好氧池,好氧池与其它池的底板水平高差为20-40mm,沉淀池侧壁上装有进水管(30),各池之间通过过水管(3)连通,盖板上装有清掏口(29)、清理口(27)、倒冲式冲洗口(25),其特征在于该装置的一级生物滤池中装有过滤板(4)和滤网(8),过滤板上装有洗料管(6)和生物滤料(5);二级滤池中装有滤网(10)和复合滤料(9);好氧池中装有过滤料(12)和阻水墙(13),好氧池的出口位置上装有净水器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种小型生活污水处理装置,其特征在于所说的生物滤料包括石灰石、石膏、矿渣;所说的复合滤料包括上述物料加上除臭剂和凝聚剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种小型生活污水处理装置,其特征在于净化器由滤网(15)和生物药剂(14)组成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种小型生活污水处理装置,其特征在于所说的生物药剂包括除臭剂、凝聚剂和漂白粉。
