                          背景技术
现有技术中，传统的烘箱因其体积庞大、使用电阻丝导致功耗大而无法适应助听器的日常干燥处理的需要，以往大都采用干燥剂对其干燥，但干燥速度慢，效果不明显，且干燥剂需要购买和更换，非常麻烦，一些用户因未能及时更换失效的干燥剂，最终造成其助听器因受潮而损坏。
                          发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种使用安全、体积小的助听器用干燥器。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种助听器用干燥器，包括具有内腔的外壳体、盖在外壳体的上口部的盖子，所述的外壳体的内腔表面衬有衬垫，该衬垫的底部下方设置有平铺的聚合红外膜电热布，所述的聚合红外膜电热布与外壳体之间设有保温层。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有下列优点：
通过聚合红外膜电热布对内腔进行加热，其发热量小，功耗低，使用安全。

参见附图2至附图4，一种助听器用干燥器，包括具有内腔的外壳体3、盖在外壳体3的上口部的盖子1，助听器可以放在内腔中，所述的外壳体3的内腔表面衬有衬垫6，该衬垫6的底部下方设置有平铺的聚合红外膜电热布7，所述的聚合红外膜电热布7与外壳体3之间设有保温层5。所述的盖子1上开有穿透的出气孔2，用于内腔中的水蒸汽通过。参见附图1，交流电经变压器B1变压后分为两路，一路经过双向可控硅T1直接供给聚合红外膜电热布7，另一路经电阻R1、二极管D1、电容C1、电容C2限流、整流、滤波得到直流电供其它电路使用。二极管D3、电阻R7组成电源指示电路，电阻VR1用于比较器IC1的比较电压的设定，即设定的温度值，RT为温度传感器，它放置于聚合红外膜电热布7的底部以感应其温度，VR1、RT、IC1、电阻R4、电阻R5、电阻R6组成电压比较器，电阻R2、二极管D2、电阻R3、三极管V1组成电流放大器，为双向可控硅T1提供触发电流，其中D2作为干燥指示用。

1、一种助听器用干燥器，包括具有内腔的外壳体[3]、盖在外壳体[3]的上口部的盖子[1]，其特征在于：所述的外壳体[3]的内腔表面衬有衬垫[6]，该衬垫[6]的底部下方设置有平铺的聚合红外膜电热布[7]，所述的聚合红外膜电热布[7]与外壳体[3]之间设有保温层[5]。
2、根据权利要求1所述的助听器用干燥器，其特征在于：所述的盖子[1]上开有穿透的出气孔[2]。
