背景技术
煤气化技术按气化方式主要分为固定床块煤气化技术(包括间歇式和连续式)、流化床粉煤气化技术(如温克勒气化法、高温温克勒气化法、灰团聚流化床煤气化法和循环流化床气化法等)和气流床气化技术(如K-T煤气化、德士古煤气化法、两段气流床气化法)。这些气化方法根据用户不同的要求,采用不同的气化剂(如空气—水蒸气、氧气—水蒸汽)可生产不同热值和组分的煤气,作为燃料煤气、合成气和还原气以及氢气或联合循环发电。国外煤气化现在主要采用的是流化床气化法,用于联合循环发电(IGCC)。固定床煤气化技术成熟、设备投资少和气化成本较小,尤其是间歇式固定床煤气化不需要纯氧,用水蒸气和空气造气就可得到不含氮气的合成气,但固定床煤气化技术只能气化优质块煤,造成原料费用高,设备处理能力低,生产成本居高不下。流化床气化煤质要求低,煤粉粒度要求范围较大,粉碎能耗较低,气化率高,设备处理能力较大,但飞灰循环比高,粉煤灰残碳含量较高。气流床气化气化率高,设备处理能力大,无飞灰循环,粉煤灰残碳含量低,但煤质要求较高,煤粉粒度要求范围窄,粉碎能耗较高。因此开发气化率高、能耗低、设备处理能力大的煤气化技术仍是科研工作者一直探索和研究的难题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就在于避免上述现有煤气化技术的不足而提供一种新型的两段粉煤循环流化床气化装置,它在设计和制造上通过在流化床下端设计一段相通的气流床,流化床气固分离的高温半焦循环回气流床作为进料高温燃烧,高温烟气为流化气化床提供热源,残渣空气急冷后作为无凝固剂道路水泥,从而实现粉煤低成本气化。它主要利用流化床气化的飞灰作为气流床气化的进料,其主要的技术特征是流化床下端设置一段相通的气流床,流化床气固分离的高温半焦作为气流床的进料,气流床的高温气体作为流化床气化的热源。

本实用新型的两段粉煤循环流化床气化装置具有以下突出的优点:(1)煤粉气化率高,可达99%以上;(2)由于飞灰进入气流床气化,无飞灰循环,设备处理量大;(3)设备体积小,材料用量少,设备投资少;(4)结构简单,安装拆卸方便。

1.两段粉煤循环流化床气化装置,它主要是由流化床(1)、气流床(3)、气固分离器(4)、返料器(5)、螺旋进料器(2)、气流床进料喷嘴(8)、热煤气出口(6)、气化剂喷嘴(7)、激冷空气喷嘴(9)、水蒸气喷嘴(10)、灰斗(11)等构成,其特征是在流化床(1)下端设计一段相通的气流床(3),流化床下部设置有气化剂喷嘴(7),流化床(1)的中部设置有螺旋进料器(2),流化床(1)顶部设置一组气固分离器(4);气固分离器(4)出口为热煤气出口(6)气固分离器(4)的料腿下端设置返料器(5),返料器(5)的下部设置有水蒸气喷嘴(10),返料器(5)的出口与气流床进料喷嘴(8)相连,气流床(3)下部设置有激冷空气喷嘴(9),气流床(3)的出口为灰斗(11)。
