:本实用新型涉及一种环保装置,特别是烟气脱硫除尘装置。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是一种高效脱硫除尘净化装置,它是在净化塔烟气通道中装设喷嘴、气液分离器、进液管,喷嘴与外部输液管联接,烟气通道中设置有旋液器,旋液器是由12-36块长条梯形板片沿圆锥形表面倾斜而置,板片窄端朝向圆锥中心,上端与水平的上圆环联接,上圆环上有垂直联接的溢流圈,板片宽端与水平向下圆环联接,下圆环上有垂直联接档流圈;相邻板片在邻接边处重叠搭盖,重叠搭盖部分的两相邻板片之间有1-3cm间隙;板片呈圆锥面而置的倾斜角α为8°-30°。
旋液器是本实用新型的特殊构体,参见附图3,它是由12-36块长条梯形的板片[35]沿圆锥形表面倾斜而置,板片溢[35]窄端朝向圆锥中心,上端与水平的上圆环[33]联接,上圆环[33]上有垂直联接的溢流圈[34],板片[33]宽端与水平向下圆环[36]联接,下圆环[36]上有垂直联接档流圈[37];相邻的板片[35]在邻接边处局部重叠搭盖,搭盖部分的两相邻板片[35]之间有1-3cm间隙;板片[35]呈圆锥面而置的倾斜角α为8-30°;板片[35]呈偏离径向的布置,板片[35]边缘偏离径向的夹角β为8-40°参见附图4。
高效烟气脱硫除尘装置分为直立式与水平卧式的两种结构:实施例1:一种高效烟气脱硫除尘装置,其净化塔[3]为直立式,在净化塔[3]内烟气通道[12]中由下至上分别设置2-4个喷嘴[11]。2-3个旋液器[4]、进液管[10]、气液分离器[6],净化塔[3]在气液分离器[6]上方塔身上有一段塔身扩大段[7],塔身扩大段[7]直径为塔身[3]直径的1.5-4倍,塔身扩大段[7]中装有大头朝下的喇叭状收缩口[8],塔身[3]下方接近底部装有排液口[1]和烟气进口[2];塔身扩大段[7]与塔身[3]联接处有分离液出口[5],收缩口[8]上方的塔身扩大段[7]有烟气出口[9]。实施例2、一种高效烟气脱硫除尘装置,其净化塔为水平卧式,塔身[31]是由分2~4段直立设置的烟气通道A、B、C及两段喷淋室D、E水平方向相间排列构成烟气通道与喷淋室,相邻间壁的上、下部有连通孔口a、b、c、d、e、f、g相连通烟进口[20]在第一段烟气通道A下方的塔身[31]上,烟气出口[28]在第三段烟气通C上方的塔身[31]上;烟气通道A、B上部或前后部分别装有垂直设置的进液管[23]、[26]与外部管道联接,进液管进口管[23]、[26]的下方分别装有旋液器[22]、[25];烟气通道A内下方及喷淋室D、E内上方分别装有喷嘴[21]、[24]、[27],喷嘴[21]、[24]、[27]各自与外部输液管道联接,烟气通道C内上部装有气液分离器[30],气液分离器[30]上方有大端朝下4的喇叭状收缩口[9]。
本实用新型工作原理是烟气进入本装置后,在烟气通道中被石灰水或其他净化液经喷嘴喷成的雾化水滴吸收烟气中的灰尘和硫化物,再经过旋液器,旋液器使雾滴与烟气充分接触,从而有效地加强了雾滴吸收烟气中的烟尘和硫化物的效果,使得经过本装置后排出的烟气更加洁净。
本实用新型优点是由于采用了旋液器,它的旋流作用使净化液雾滴与烟气充分接触,大大地加强了水滴脱硫除尘效果,提高了脱硫除尘效率。
Claims (4)
1.一种高效烟气脱硫除尘装置,它是在净化塔烟气通道中装设喷嘴、气液分离器进液管,喷嘴与外部进液管联接,其特征在于烟气通道中设置有旋液器,旋液器是由12-36块长条梯形板片沿圆锥形表面倾斜布置,板片窄端朝向圆锥中心,上端与水平的上圆环联接,上圆环上有垂直联接的溢流圈,板片宽端与水平向下圆环联接,下圆环上有垂直联接档流圈;相邻板片在邻接边处重叠搭盖,重叠搭盖部分的两相邻板片之间有1-3cm间隙;板片呈圆锥面而置的倾斜角α为8°-30°。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效烟气脱硫除尘装置,其特征在于净化塔为直立式,净化塔在气液分离器上方塔身上有一段塔身扩大段,塔身扩大段的直径为塔身直径的1.5-4倍,塔身扩大段中装有大端朝下的喇叭状收缩口,收缩口上方的净化塔身扩大段上有烟气出口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高效烟气脱硫除尘装置,其特征在于净化塔为水平卧式,塔身由分2~4段直立设置的烟气通道A、B、C及两段喷淋室D、E沿水平方式相间排列构成,烟气通道与喷淋室相邻壁间上、下部有连通孔口连通;烟气进口在第一段烟气通道A下方的塔身上,烟气出口在第三段烟气通道C上方塔身上;烟气通道A、B内的上部或前后部分别装有垂直设置的吸收液进口管与外部管道联接,吸收液进口管下方装有旋液器;烟气通道A内下方及喷淋室D、E内上方分别装有喷嘴;烟气通道C内上部装有气液分离器,气液分离器上方装大端朝下的喇叭状收缩口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高效烟气脱硫除尘装置,其特征在于它的旋液器的板片呈偏离经向的布置,板片边缘偏离径向的夹角β为8°-40°。
