Abstract
一种轮毂轴承,其主要是在双列圆锥滚子轴承的基础上,对轴承外圈外表面、内圈的连接以及轴承两端的密封件进行改进,即外圈的外表面设有与轮毂对应的外形及法兰,在两内圈相邻端面附近的内环面上各设一个环形凹槽,卷起的弹簧卡两排外凸块分别置于两个内圈的凹槽内,而每对外凸块间的空当又卡在两内圈凹槽的直边上。轴承的一个端面设双唇橡胶密封圈,另一个端面设防尘盖。圆锥滚子滚动母线外凸,与其对应的内圈滚道母线和外圈滚道母线具有同样的曲率半径。本实用新型结构简单、紧凑,安装简单、费用低、失误可能小,密封件虽结构简单,但密封性能好,它能很好地满足汽车轮毂轴承的高速、重载、高可靠性及长寿命等综合机械性能的要求。
Description
技术领域 本实用新型涉及一种轴承。
背景技术 目前轻型客车前轮轮轴之间设两套圆锥滚子轴承,安装时需选择调整垫片的方式对两套圆锥滚子轴承进行间隙选配,调整力矩,这样做不仅麻烦,而且也难以保证装配质量。另在轴承外部设有密封装置,该密封装置结构复杂、体积庞大、自身较重、安装繁琐成本高。
发明内容 本实用新型主要是提供一种能减少零件数量、降低安装费和成本,具有良好综合机械性能的集轮毂和法兰为一体的圆锥滚子轴承。该圆锥滚子轴承主要包括有:外圈、内圈、保持架、滚子、弹簧卡、油封和防尘盖。其中轴承外圈的外表面设有与前轮轮毂对应的外形及法兰。在外圈内设两个与其对应的内圈。这两个内圈的内周面直径与汽车前轮轴相同。该两内圈之间无隔圈直接相邻,并通过弹簧卡将它们连接,防止散套。该弹簧卡为一钢带,其上间断地设有若干对外凸块,中间有空当的每对外凸块与其它成对的外凸块又构成规则的两排。在两内圈相邻端面附近的内环面上各设一个环形凹槽,卷起的钢带两排外凸块分别置于两个内圈的凹槽内,而每对外凸块间的空当又卡在两内圈凹槽的直边上,便可将两内圈连在一起。上述这两内圈外周面分别设有与一个外圈滚道对应的单滚道,每个滚道上各设一列圆锥滚子。最好圆锥滚子滚动母线外凸即为全凸球面滚子,与其对应的内圈滚道母线和外圈滚道母线具有同样的曲率。每列滚子各设有一个将滚子隔离的保持架,最好该保持架采用玻璃纤维增强尼龙材质。在轴承的两个端面上一端采用双唇密封橡胶圈,另一端采用防尘盖密封。
本实用新型在安装前调整好游隙,安装时只需将整套轴承固定在轮毂上即可,无需重新调整。
本实用新型相比现有技术具有如下优点:1、结构简单紧凑,节约空间,零件数量少,减少累计误差,增加轴承的使用寿命;同时用户在安装时不需要调整予负荷,可以高精度控制予负荷,减少安装等失误,降低了安装费用和相关的加工成本。
2、密封件结构虽简单,但其能有效防止润滑脂泄漏,也能有效防止灰尘和泥水侵入,满足密封要求,同时力矩小温升低,使密封和高速二者兼得。
3、内外圈滚道母线和滚子滚动母线均采用全凸设计,消除边缘应力集中,大大提高轴承使用寿命。
4、保持架重量轻,耐磨性、自润滑性及导热性均比金属保持架好。由于本实用新型具有上述优点,因而能很好地满足汽车轮毂轴承的高速、重载、高可靠性及长寿命等综合机械性能的要求。

具体实施方式 在图1和图2所示的轮毂轴承的示意图中,轴承外圈的外表面设有与前轮轮毂对应的外形及法兰。在外圈1内设有两个与其对应的内圈6、7,在两内圈相邻端面附近的内环面上各设一个环形凹槽,其内设弹簧卡2,该弹簧卡为一钢带,其上间断地设有若干对外凸块,中间有空当的每对外凸块与其它成对的外凸块又构成规则的两排,如图3所示卷起的钢带两排外凸块分别置于两个内圈的凹槽内,而每对外凸块间的空当又卡在两内圈凹槽的直边上,上述这两内圈外周面分别设有与一个外圈滚道对应的单滚道,每个滚道上各设一列圆锥滚子4。圆锥滚子滚动母线外凸,与其对应的内圈滚道母线和外圈滚道母线具有同样的曲率。每列滚子各设一个玻璃纤维增强尼龙保持架3。在轴承的两个端面上,一端设有双唇密封橡胶圈5,另一端设有防尘盖8。
Claims (3)
1、一种轮毂轴承,其外圈内设两个与其对应的内圈,这两内圈外周面分别设与一个外圈滚道对应的单滚道,每个单滚道上各设一列圆锥滚子,每列滚子各设一个保持架,其特征在于:外圈的外表面设有与轮毂对应的外形及法兰,在两内圈相邻端面附近的内环面上,各设一个环形凹槽,卷起的弹簧卡两排外凸块分别置于两个内圈的凹槽内,而每对外凸块间的空当又卡在两内圈凹槽的直边上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的轮毂轴承,其特征在于:轴承的一个端面设双唇橡胶密封圈,另一个端面设防尘盖。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的轮毂轴承,其特征在于:圆锥滚子滚动母线外凸,与其对应的内圈滚道母线和外圈滚道母线具有同样的曲率。
