Abstract
一种能够卸载集装箱内散料的集装箱散料滑动板牵引卸料装置。它是在集装箱顺长两侧壁内的同一高度上，安装顺长方向上对称的滑动槽，滑动槽内有可以在其中自由滑动的滑动块。两相对称的滑动块上固定着滑动板。两滑动块上，与滑动板垂直的方向上，各固定着沿滑动槽方向的一条牵引绳，其伸出滑动槽的端头，各固定着一个牵引环。这样，在装有散料的集装箱卸载时，打开端门，散料自由卸出后，露出牵引环，利用外牵引力(如绞盘、汽车牵引绳等)，通过牵引环，拉动牵引绳，牵引滑动板，滑动板将散料沿顺长方向推出集装箱。

本实用新型涉及一种集装箱中散料卸载的装置。
背景技术
目前，公知的集装箱所装散料(如粮食)的卸载是由人工铲出或是倾倒卸出。人工铲出工作效率低，劳动强度大；倾倒卸出需要大型起吊设备。
发明内容
为了解决现有的人工卸载效率低、劳动强度大和倾倒卸出需要大型起吊设备的问题，本实用新型提供一种加装在集装箱内部的卸料装置，通过外力牵引该卸料装置，可以方便地卸载集装箱所装散料。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：在集装箱顺长两侧壁内的同一高度上，安装顺长方向上对称的滑动槽，滑动槽内有可以在其中自由滑动的滑动块。两相对称的滑动块上固定着滑动板。两滑动块上，与滑动板垂直的方向上，各固定着沿滑动槽方向的一条牵引绳，其伸出滑动槽的端头，各固定着一个牵引环。这样，在装有散料的集装箱卸载时，打开端门，散料自由卸出后，露出牵引环，利用外牵引力(如绞盘、汽车牵引绳等)，通过牵引环，拉动牵引绳，牵引滑动板，滑动板将散料沿顺长方向推出集装箱。
本实用新型的有益效果是，较人工卸载效率高，免除强体力劳动；较倾倒卸出设施简单。

具体实施方式
在图1中，在集装箱顺长方向两侧壁内的同一高度上，安装有对称的滑动槽(1)共四条。滑动槽内有可以在其中自由滑动的滑动块(2)共四块。两相对称的滑动块上固定着上滑动板(3)和下滑动板(4)。滑动块上，与滑动板垂直的方向上，固定着沿滑动槽方向的牵引绳(5)，其伸出滑动槽的端头，固定着牵引环(7)。这样，在装有散料的集装箱卸载时，打开端门，散料自由卸出后，露出牵引环(7)。利用外牵引力(如绞盘、汽车牵引绳等)，通过牵引环(7)，拉动牵引绳(5)，先如图2所示，牵引上滑动板(3)；再如图3所示，牵引下滑动板(4)。

1.一种集装箱散料滑动板牵引卸料装置，其特征是，在集装箱中设置可沿滑动槽由牵引绳牵引移动的滑动板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的集装箱散料滑动板牵引卸料装置，其特征是，在集装箱顺长方向两侧壁内的同一高度上，安装顺长方向上对称的滑动槽，滑动槽内有可以自由滑动的滑动块，两相对称的滑动块上固定着滑动板，两滑动块上，与滑动板垂直的方向上，各固定着沿滑动槽方向的一条牵引绳，其伸出滑动槽的端头，各固定着一个牵引绳。
