Abstract

一种无壳式差速器的差速分动装置,包括定轴轮系及差速器,其动力输入轴(1)以套装齿轮,滑动齿轮变速传动后右轮输出轴(3)及变速器心轴(10);经固装于变速器左、右半轴锥齿轮轴套上的固定齿轮分别变速传动互相套装的前左轮输出轴(14)及前右轮输出轴(15),各滑动齿轮及滑动啮合套外圆环槽中装有手柄伸出箱体外的拨叉;本实用新型由一个差速器代替了前、后桥中的差速锁,有利于提高车辆的离地间隙,在一定程度上增强了车辆的通过性能,采用本装置的车辆,其转向性能不会受到影响。

Description

无壳式差速器的差速分动装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及机动车的传动装置,具体地说是一种无壳式差速器的差速分动装置。
背景技术
目前大部分车辆均因行驶路况的限制而无法深入到祖国大地的各个角落。当车辆遇到冰雪、泥泞、爬坡情况等复杂行驶路况时,无法正常行驶前进。针对这种问题,一些车辆采用安装在前、后桥上的差速锁差速限制装置来解决。安装此装置的车辆行驶过程中,一旦其某一侧驱动车轮失去附着力时,采用机械的差速锁限制差速,直至将差速器锁死,使两侧驱动半轴成为一体,但是这种情况下,差速器一旦锁死,车辆就失去转向功能。只能直线行驶。这种限制差速的装置,机构复杂,生产成本特别高。维护困难。而且当未装差速锁的驱动桥的一车轮打滑时,将使牵引力大幅度下降。因此,现有技术有改进、完善的必要,研发新的差速分动装置。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服上述不足,提供一种改进的无壳式差速器的差速分动装置,由一个差速器代替了前、后桥中的差速锁,有利于提高车辆的离地间隙,在一定程度上增强了车辆的通过性能;采用本装置的车辆,其转向性能不会受到影响。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种无壳式差速器的差速分动装置,包括定轴轮系、差速器、箱体及有手柄的拨叉;
差速器装在箱体的一侧,在差速器的左上方的箱体轴承座中装有动力输入轴,该输入轴上依次套装有双联齿轮和有内齿的双联齿轮,以滑动联接装有滑动齿轮;
差速器的左半轴锥齿轮和右半轴锥齿轮套装在心轴上,左半轴锥齿轮的轴套上固装有齿轮与输入轴上的双联齿轮啮合,右半轴锥齿轮的轴套上固装有齿轮,在差速器的行星齿轮外固装有大齿圈;该大齿圈与输入轴上的双联齿轮的小齿轮啮合;
在差速器左下方的箱体轴承座中装有传动轴,该传动轴的左端的轴套上装有滑动齿轮与装在左半轴锥齿轮轴套上的齿轮相应啮合,传动轴的右端装有滑动齿轮与装在右半轴轴锥齿轮轴套上的齿轮啮合;该传动轴的左端以滑动啮合套联接有前左轮输出轴和前右轮输出轴,该前右轮输出轴套装于前左轮输出轴;
在差速器右侧的箱体轴承座中装有后右轮输出轴,该输出轴左端固装有齿轮与输入轴上的双联齿轮的小齿轮啮合,该输出轴右端套装有双联齿轮,该双联齿轮的小齿轮与输入轴上的双联齿轮的大齿轮啮合,该双联齿轮的大齿轮与输入轴上的滑动齿轮啮合。
所述滑动齿轮、滑动啮合套的外圆环槽中装有拨叉,该拨叉的手柄伸出箱体外。
所述传动轴的中部支承于轴承座。
所述各套装齿轮的内孔与套装轴外圆之间装有滚动轴承和/或滚针轴承。
所述各滑动齿轮、滑动啮合套与轴的连接结构为花键。
本实用新型有以下积极有益的效果:
本差速分动装置,由一个差速器代替了前、后桥中的差速锁,有利于提高车辆的离地间隙,在一定程度上增强了车辆的通过性能。采用本装置的车辆,其转向性能不会受到影响。
安装本装置的车辆,同侧车轮同速运转是联动的,两侧车轮是由不同的差速器半轴控制的,允许存在速度差,因此,不会影响车辆的转向性能,使车辆能够转向0如。
安装本装置的车辆行驶过程中,当车辆行驶在冰雪、泥泞、凹凸不平等复杂路面上时,当有一车轮打滑而失去地面附着力时,一方面打滑车轮不会飞转,区别于其他车辆,这样不会降低发动机的输出功率。对于同侧未打滑车轮,因由差速器的一个半轴齿轮驱动,所以其动力仍存在。而另一侧未打滑的两个车轮是差速器的另一半轴齿轮控制的,不会受到很大的影响,因此其动力仍存在,这样足以驱动车轮使车辆正常行驶。当有两个车轮打滑时,若为同侧两车轮打滑,而另一侧车轮的动力不丧失,可使车辆走出困境;若为不同侧上的两车轮打滑,对于由差速器的一个半轴齿轮驱动的一侧车轮而言,未打滑车轮不会因另一车轮失去附着力而丧失其动力,由此两个未打滑车轮的动力仍存在,可使车辆行驶前进。
这种纯机械结构的分动装置,能够增大车辆的离地间隙,有力地提高了车辆的通过性能,同时使发动机的功率得到了充分地发挥。

本实用新型是一种无壳式差速器的差速分动装置,包括定轴轮系、差速器、箱体及有手柄的拨叉;
差速器19装在箱体21的一侧,在差速器的左上方的箱体轴承座中装有动力输入轴1,该输入轴1上依次套装有双联齿轮2和有内齿501的双联齿轮5,以滑动联接装有滑动齿轮7;
差速器19的左半轴锥齿轮18和右半轴锥齿轮9套装在心轴10上,左半轴锥齿轮18的轴套上固装有齿轮20与输入轴1上的双联齿轮2啮合,右半轴锥齿轮9的轴套上固装有齿轮8,在差速器19的行星齿轮外固装有大齿圈17;该大齿圈17与输入轴1上的双联齿轮5的小齿轮502啮合;
在差速器19左下方的箱体轴承座中装有传动轴12,该传动轴12的左端的轴套121上装有滑动齿轮16与装在左半轴锥齿轮轴套上的齿轮20相应啮合,传动轴12的右端装有滑动齿轮11与装在右半轴轴锥齿轮轴套上的齿轮8啮合;该传动轴12的左端以滑动啮合套13联接有前左轮输出轴14和前右轮输出轴15,该前右轮输出轴15套装于前左轮输出轴14;
在差速器19右侧的箱体轴承座中装有后右轮输出轴3,该输出轴3左端固装有齿轮4与输入轴1上的双联齿轮2的小齿轮啮合,该输出轴3右端套装有双联齿轮6,该双联齿轮6的小齿轮601与输入轴1上的双联齿轮5的大齿轮啮合,该双联齿轮6的大齿轮与输入轴1上的滑动齿轮7啮合。
所述滑动齿轮7、滑动啮合套13的外圆环槽中装有拨叉,该拨叉的手柄伸出箱体外。
所述传动轴12的中部支承于轴承座22。
所述各套装齿轮的内孔与套装轴外圆之间装有滚动轴承和/或滚针轴承。
所述各滑动齿轮、滑动啮合套与轴的连接结构为花键。
本装置的传动路线是这样的:
动力经输入轴1由花键传向可滑动齿轮7,齿轮7滑动时可分别与齿轮6、齿轮5相啮合,获得不同的速度后,由差速器19的大齿圈17传向差速器19,差速器19中的动力由左、右半轴锥齿轮分成两部分。差速器19的右半轴锥齿轮9一方面由伸出分动箱的部分直接与后左轮的传动轴相连接,将动力传出;另一方面可带动齿轮副8、11,通过花键的连接使轴12运动,而轴12通过啮合套13的连接将动力由前左轮输出轴14传出。差速器19的左半轴齿轮18由花键连接着齿轮20,齿轮20同时与齿轮16和齿轮副2、4相连,齿轮16中的动力通过花键和啮合套13由前右轮输出轴15输出;同时,齿轮副2、4中的动力通过齿传4和后右轮出轴3的连接花键将动力传向后右轮的轮边装置。在分动箱内,前轮的两个输出轴是呈套筒的形式输出的,后轮两个输出轴是平行输出的。

Claims (4)

1.一种无壳式差速器的差速分动装置,包括定轴轮系、差速器、箱体及有手柄的拨叉,其特征在于:
差速器(19)装在箱体(21)的一侧,在差速器的左上方的箱体轴承座中装有动力输入轴(1),该输入轴(1)上依次套装有双联齿轮(2)和有内齿(501)的双联齿轮(5),以滑动联接装有滑动齿轮(7);
差速器(19)的左半轴锥齿轮(18)和右半轴锥齿轮(9)套装在心轴(10)上,左半轴锥齿轮(18)的轴套上固装有齿轮(20)与输入轴(1)上的双联齿轮(2)啮合,右半轴锥齿轮(9)的轴套上固装有齿轮(8),在差速器(19)的行星齿轮外固装有大齿圈(17);该大齿圈(17)与输入轴(1)上的双联齿轮(5)的小齿轮(502)啮合;
在差速器(19)左下方的箱体轴承座中装有传动轴(12),该传动轴(12)的左端的轴套(121)上装有滑动齿轮(16)与装在左半轴锥齿轮轴套上的齿轮(20)相应啮合,传动轴(12)的右端装有滑动齿轮(11)与装在右半轴轴锥齿轮轴套上的齿轮(8)啮合;该传动轴(12)的左端以滑动啮合套(13)联接有前左轮输出轴(14)和前右轮输出轴(15),该前右轮输出轴(15)套装于前左轮输出轴(14);
在差速器(19)右侧的箱体轴承座中装有后右轮输出轴(3),该输出轴(3)左端固装有齿轮(4)与输入轴(1)上的双联齿轮(2)的小齿轮啮合,该输出轴(3)右端套装有双联齿轮(6),该双联齿轮(6)的小齿轮(601)与输入轴(1)上的双联齿轮(5)的大齿轮啮合,该双联齿轮(6)的大齿轮与输入轴(1)上的滑动齿轮(7)啮合;
所述滑动齿轮(7)、滑动啮合套(13)的外圆环槽中装有拨叉,该拨叉的手柄伸出箱体外。
2.如权利要求1所述的无壳式差速器的差速分动装置,其特征在于:所述传动轴(12)的中部支承于轴承座(22)。
3.如权利要求1所述的无壳式差速器的差速分动装置,其特征在于:所述各套装齿轮的内孔与套装轴外圆之间装有滚动轴承和/或滚针轴承。
4.如权利要求1所述的无壳式差速器的差速分动装置,其特征在于:所述各滑动齿轮、滑动啮合套与轴的连接结构为花键。
