背景技术 我们知道，现有的纵裁机贴胶装置，是在纵裁机上设有传送辊，传送辊上方设有胶片辊，胶片辊下方设有胶片导向辊，胶片导向辊下方设有压辊，胶片辊上的胶片经胶片辊导向后，经压辊与加强层胶部件贴合。这种纵裁机贴胶装置，由于只在传送辊上方设有胶片辊，加强层胶部件只能够单面贴胶，纵裁机利用率低，生产效率低。
发明内容 本实用新型解决的技术问题是，解决只在传送辊上方设有胶片辊，加强层胶部件只能够单面贴胶，纵裁机利用率低，生产效率低的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是，纵裁机上设有传送辊，传送辊上方设有胶片辊，胶片辊下方设有胶片导向辊，胶片导向辊下方设有压辊，其主要结构特点是，传送辊下方设有下胶片辊支架，下胶片辊支架上设有下胶片辊，下胶片辊与传送辊之间设有下胶片导向辊。
本实用新型的有益效果是，由于传送辊下方设有下胶片辊，胶片辊和下胶片辊可以同时在加强层胶部件上方和下方输送胶片，加强层胶部件能够双面同时贴胶，纵裁机利用率高，生产效率高。本实用新型适用于纵裁机。

实施方式 如图所示，纵裁机12上设有传送辊4，传送辊4上方设有胶片辊1，胶片辊1下方设有胶片导向辊3，胶片导向辊3下方设有压辊2，可以在加强层胶部件上方输送胶片。传送辊4下方设有下胶片辊支架8，下胶片辊支架8上设有下胶片辊6，下胶片辊6与传送辊4之间设有下胶片导向辊。从图中可以看出，下胶片导向辊是在下胶片辊支架8一侧设有导辊支架9，导辊支架9上设有两级下胶片导向辊10、11，在传送辊4输入处设有一只下胶片导向辊5，可以为下胶片更好导向。下胶片辊支架8上设有制动装置7，制动装置7可以拉紧下胶片，防止下胶片松驰。工作时，胶片辊1经导向辊3、压辊2与传送辊4在加强层胶部件上方输送胶片；同时，下胶片辊6经下胶片导向辊10、11、5与传送辊4在加强层胶部件下方输送胶片，在压辊2的作用下可以在加强层胶部件上方和下方双面同时贴胶，纵裁机利用率高，生产效率高。

1、一种纵裁机双面贴胶装置，纵裁机上设有传送辊，传送辊上方设有胶片辊，胶片辊下方设有胶片导向辊，胶片导向辊下方设有压辊，其特征是：传送辊下方设有下胶片辊支架，下胶片辊支架上设有下胶片辊，下胶片辊与传送辊之间设有下胶片导向辊。
2、根据权利要求1所述的纵裁机双面贴胶装置，其特征是：所说的下胶片导向辊是在下胶片辊支架一侧设有导辊支架，导辊支架上设有两级下胶片导向辊，在传送辊输入处设有一只下胶片导向辊。
3、根据权利要求1所述的纵裁机双面贴胶装置，其特征是：下胶片辊支架上设有制动装置。
