Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种由一对“F”矽铁芯1、2对插成的变压器铁芯,中间的对接部分为芯柱,芯柱部分的对插接合面为斜面,两对插“F”矽铁芯间设有定位装置;芯柱部分的对插接合面还可以是其它能相互插入配合的形状。上述铁芯的厚度可预先按线圈骨架的实际尺寸生产不同规格的产品。采用上述结构的变压器铁芯改变了长期以来传统的结构,使变压器铁芯装配时效率高、省时,同时结构更为简单。

一种变压器铁芯
本实用新型涉及一种变压器,具体是涉及变压器的铁芯。
长期以来,变压器的铁芯均是通过一片一片的矽钢片插接构成的,在装配过程中需一片一片地将矽钢片插进线圈骨架中,该过程耗时、效率低。多少年来从没有人想到对变压器的铁芯进行改进,以提高工作效率。
本实用新型的目的就在于提供一种装配效率高、省时、结构简单的变压器铁芯。
本实用新型是通过如下方式来实现上述目的的:该变压器铁芯采用一对具有一定厚度的呈“F”状的矽铁芯对插接合构成一个变压器铁芯整体。
“F”铁芯中间的对接面为斜面,两斜面相接构成变压器铁芯的芯柱。
对接的“F”铁芯间设有定位装置,该定位装置为在“F”铁芯端部的接触面设置凹凸定位点,对插的铁芯端部凸凹定位点相互吻合配接构成。
采用上述结构后,由于变压器的铁芯通过一对“F”型的矽铁芯对接插入即可牢固结合,无需象现有技术通过一片一片钢片对接,因而安装变压器铁芯的过程只需要几秒钟的时间,效率大大提高。
以下结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
图1为本实用新型剖视结构示意图。
如图1所示,本实用新型的变压器铁芯是由一对“F”形铁芯1、2对插成的,中间的对接部分为芯柱,芯柱部分的对插接合面为斜面,两斜面相接合构成完整的芯柱,两“F”形铁芯的端部接触面设有凸位1-1、2-1,底端部设有凹位1-2、2-1,凸位与凹位大小形状相配,两“F”铁芯对接时,凸位恰好嵌入凹位内,形成定位装置;当两“F”铁芯插入时,当插入到位时,依靠斜边的相互作用力而越入越紧靠,两铁芯高度紧靠,两端的凸位1-1、2-1与凹位1-2、2-2完全吻合形成相嵌定位,使整个铁芯牢固接合形成一体,不易松动。上述铁芯的厚度可预先按线圈骨架的实际尺寸生产不同规格(大小及厚度)的产品。

1.一种变压器铁芯,其特征在于,该变压器铁芯由一对呈“F”形铁芯通过对插接合构成,铁芯对接的中间部分为芯柱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的变压器铁芯,其特征在于,芯柱对插接合面为斜边。
3.根据权利要求1所述的变压器铁芯,其特征在于,对接的F形铁芯间还设有定位装置,其定位装置为在“F”形铁芯两端部的接触面设置凹凸定位点,对插的铁芯端部凸凹定位点相互吻合配接构成。
