Abstract

一种传热装置,它是在真空玻璃管内管的内壁上设有与其紧密接触的截面为ω形的薄金属筒,该热导金属翼片伸到中部的尖顶设有与玻璃内管同轴线的开口圆筒,该圆筒的内径与无机热超导管元件外径相同。该无机热超导管元件大部分插在圆筒内,露在热导金属翼片及玻璃管外面的部分可置于水箱内。本实用新型热传导效率高、经久耐用。

Description

传热装置
本实用新型涉及一种太阳能集热器的真空集热玻璃管。
目前,太阳能热水器基本都是利用真空玻璃管集热器蓄热。该真空集热玻璃管是由套装在一起的内外两根玻璃管组成的,它们的上端及下端分别相连,构成封闭的夹层,其内抽真空。冷水直接进入玻璃管内,通过自然对流换热,实现太阳能向水内能的转换。它的不足之处是:1、在多云地区,水温上升非常缓慢;2、在寒冷地区,真空玻璃管集热器内的水结冻后可造成玻璃管涨裂;3、真空玻璃管内沉积的水垢不易清除,时间久了会导致热水器效率下降。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种热传导效率高且经久耐用的真空集热玻璃管的传热装置。
实用新型的目的可通过以下措施来实现:一种传热装置,其内外两根玻璃管套装在一起,它们的上端及下端分别相连构成内抽真空的封闭夹层,其特征在于:在真空玻璃管内管的内壁上设有与其紧密接触的截面为ω形的薄金属筒,该热导金属翼片伸到中部的尖顶设有与内玻璃管同轴线的开口圆筒,该圆筒的内径与无机热超导管元件外径相同,该无机热超导管元件大部分插在圆筒内,露在热导金属翼片及玻璃管外面的部分可置于水箱内。
本实用新型主要是在真空玻璃管内管的内壁上设有与其紧密接触的截面为ω形的薄金属筒,即热导金属翼片,其可以是铝片或铜片也可以是它们的合金片,其伸到中部的尖顶设有与玻璃内管同轴线的开口圆筒,该圆筒的内径与作为相变热管的无机热超导管元件外径基本相同。该无机热超导管元件大部分插在圆筒内并与之紧密接触,以减小两者之间的热阻。上述无机热超导元件露在热导金属翼片及玻璃管外面的部分可置于水箱内。
上述传热装置吸收太阳辐射是通过热导金属翼片传导给与其紧密接触的无机热超导管,再由它传递给其内的工质,将其转换成热能。
本实用新型相比现有技术具有如下优点:
1、多云地区水温上升也非常迅速;
2、寒冷地区不会发生玻璃管涨裂现象;
3、真空玻璃管内不会沉积水垢。
4、因其热阻小、传热性能优良,采用本实用新型制成太阳能热水器比常规的太阳能热水器的效率提高10%以上。

利用附图中所示的例子对本实用新型作进一步说明。在图1所示的传热装置的横截面示意图中,内1外两根玻璃管2套装在一起,它们的上端及下端分别相连构成封闭的夹层,其内抽真空。在真空玻璃管内管的内壁上设有与其紧密接触的截面为ω形的薄铝筒3,该热导金属翼片伸到中部的尖顶设有与玻璃内管同轴线的开口圆筒,该圆筒的内径与无机热超导管元件4的外径相同。该无机热超导管元件大部插在圆筒内并与之紧密接触,而露在热导金属翼片及玻璃管外面的部分可置于水箱内。

1、一种传热装置,其内(1)外两根玻璃管(2)套装在一起,它们的上端及下端分别相连构成内抽真空的封闭夹层,其特征在于:在真空玻璃管内管的内壁上设有与其紧密接触的截面为ω形的薄金属筒(3),该热导金属翼片伸到中部的尖顶设有与内玻璃管同轴线的开口圆筒,该圆筒的内径与无机热超导管元件(4)外径相同,该无机热超导管元件大部分插在圆筒内,露在热导金属翼片及玻璃管外面的部分可置于水箱内。
