Abstract

一种深井钻机用双卷筒绞车,主要由绞车盘、传动机构和气动离合器组成,绞车盘有左、右两组,间隔传动箱体装在同一支绞车轴上,该左、右绞车盘各有连体的套装摩擦鼓,摩擦鼓的内圆有内齿圈与固装于绞车轴上的左右气动离合器总成连接,传动机构包括一对伞齿轮副,装设在箱体中,该箱体的一侧装有压盖,箱底的顶部装有双支承轴承座中的主动齿轮轴;本实用新型双卷筒可分别工作,体积小,扭矩大,密封可靠,适应深度达300米的钻井作业。

深井钻机用双卷筒绞车
本实用新型涉及石油钻机设备,具体地说是一种石油、地矿勘探深井钻机用绞车。
绞车是钻机的核心部件,它用于取下钻具、套管以及在钻进过程中控制钻压,现有技术的绞车一般是单卷筒,体积较大,传动扭矩较小,不适应深井钻机的要求。
本实用新型的目的是克服上述不足,提供一种改进的深井钻机用双卷筒绞车,其双卷筒可分别工作,体积小,扭矩大,密封可靠,适应深度达300米的钻井作业。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:
一种深井钻机用双卷筒绞车,主要由绞车盘、传动机构和气动离合器组成,其特征在于:
绞车盘有左、右两组,间隔传动箱体,各以轴承装在同一支绞车轴上,该左、右绞车盘各有连体的套状摩擦鼓,在该左、右摩擦鼓的内圆阶面上以螺钉固接有内齿圈,该内齿圈与固装于绞车轴上的左、右气动离合器总成连接,通过该气动离合器的离合实现驱动绞车盘滚筒的停、转;
传动机构包括一对伞齿轮付,装设在箱体中,该箱体的一侧装有压盖,该箱底的顶部装有竖向的双支承轴承座,所述箱体及压盖的轴承孔中以左、右轴承支承着绞车轴,该二轴承孔各装有轴承盖,该二轴盖与绞车轴之间装有骨架式密封圈;在箱体中的绞车轴上固装有大锥齿轮,该大锥齿轮与装在竖向双支承轴承座中的主动齿轮轴上的小锥齿轮啮合,该双支承轴承座装有上密封盖。
在所述箱体与压盖之间以及在箱体与竖向双支承轴承座之间各装有调整垫。
在主动齿轮轴的从双支承轴承座伸出的外端伸出的轴头上装有联接盘。
本实用新型有以下积极有益的效果:
1.双卷筒结构,适应深度达300米的深井钻探作业;
2.通过气动摩擦离合器的控制,可实现两个卷筒分别工作;
3.密封可靠,在深井压力作用下不泄露;
4.体积小,传动扭矩大。

绞车盘1有左、右两组,间隔传动箱体2,各以调心轴承装在同一支绞车轴4上,该左、右绞车盘各有连体的套状摩擦鼓5,在该左、右摩擦鼓的内圆阶面上以螺钉固接有内齿圈6,该内齿圈与固装于绞车轴上的左、右气动离合器总成7连接,通过该气动离合器的离合实现驱动绞车盘滚筒的停、转;该气动离合器可使用已有技术。
传动机构包括一对伞齿轮付,装设在箱体2中,该箱体的一侧装有压盖8,该箱底的顶部装有竖向的双支承轴承座9,所述箱体2及压盖8的轴承孔中以左、右轴承支承着绞车轴4,该二轴承孔各装有轴承盖10,该二轴盖与绞车轴之间装有骨架式密封圈;在箱体2中的绞车轴4上固装有大锥齿轮11,该大锥齿轮与装在竖向双支承轴承座中的主动齿轮轴12上的小锥齿轮啮合,该双支承轴承座装有上密封盖13。
在所述箱体与压盖之间以及在箱体与竖向双支承轴承座之间各装有调整垫14、15。
在主动齿轮轴12从双支承轴承座9出的外端伸出的轴头上装有联接盘16;
在绞车盘1的内盘外侧设有压绳板18,在传动箱体2的底面设有螺塞17。

Claims (3)

1.一种深井钻机用双卷筒绞车,主要由绞车盘、传动机构和气动离合器组成,其特征在于:
绞车盘(1)有左、右两组,间隔传动箱体(2),各以轴承装在同一支绞车轴(4)上,该左、右绞车盘各有连体的套状摩擦鼓(5),在该左、右摩擦鼓的内圆阶面上以螺钉固接有内齿圈(6),该内齿圈与固装于绞车轴上的左、右气动离合器总成(7)连接,通过该气动离合器的离合实现驱动绞车盘滚筒的停、转;
传动机构包括一对伞齿轮付,装设在箱体(2)中,该箱体的一侧装有压盖(8),该箱底的顶部装有竖向的双支承轴承座(9),所述箱体(2)及压盖(8)的轴承孔中以左、右轴承支承着绞车轴(4),该二轴承孔各装有轴承盖(10),该二轴盖与绞车轴之间装有骨架式密封圈;在箱体(2)中的绞车轴(4)上固装有大锥齿轮(11),该大锥齿轮与装在竖向双支承轴承座中的主动齿轮轴(12)上的小锥齿轮啮合,该双支承轴承座装有上密封盖(13)。
2.如权利要求1所述的深井钻机用双卷筒绞车,其特征在于:在所述箱体与压盖之间以及在箱体与竖向双支承轴承座之间各装有调整垫(14)、(15)。
3.如权利要求1所述的深井钻机用双卷筒绞车,其特征在于:在主动齿轮轴(12)的从双支承轴承座(9)伸出的外端伸出的轴头上装有联接盘(16)。
