Abstract

一种密闭式贮水箱,它由水箱上、下两部分组成,下部有一微凸的底,上部有出气孔,在水箱上部内侧有一与之配合的柔性内隔膜,其上有单向排气阀,水箱上下两部分用螺栓紧固。本实用新型使进入贮水箱的水不与空气接触,减少了水的二次污染和细菌繁殖的机会,保证水箱的水洁净度。

密闭式贮水箱
本实用新型属于日用品,具体涉及一种密闭式贮水箱的结构。
随着城市高层建筑的增加,高层供水大多采用楼顶贮水箱的方式来满足高层住户在用水高峰时水压不足时正常用水的需要,但现在楼顶贮水箱一般采用开放式结构,贮水箱中的水容易遭到污染,长期不使用还容易滋生细菌。
本实用新型的目的在于:设计一种密闭式贮水箱,防止自来水与空气的直接接触,减少污染的机会,提高供水的洁净度,且可利用水箱自身的水压供水。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:连接进出水管道的贮水箱由上下两部分连接组成,下部有一微凸的底以承受满水时的压力,上盖的顶部有一出气口,在上部水箱内侧有一柔性内隔膜,内隔膜上部有一单向排气阀与水箱上盖出气口吻合。
当打开进水管时,自来水注入水箱,随着水的不断注入内隔膜上部的单向排气阀排出水箱内的气体,直至水箱注满,由于单向阀的阻隔水箱内的水处于密闭状态,不与空气接触,因此不易受到污染,当用水时水箱内的水从出水管流出,随着用量的不断增加,内隔膜下降,由于单向阀的阻隔,外界空气不能进入水箱内,水靠自身的压力流出。
由于这种结构的贮水箱内的水始终不与外界空气接触,减少了水中消毒剂的损耗和二次污染以及细菌繁殖的机会,可保证长时间的贮存。

下面结合附图介绍本实用新型实施方法
贮水箱由水箱下部3和水箱上部5两部分组成,水箱下部3有一微凸的底4、水箱上部5上有出气孔6,在水箱上部的内侧有一与之相配合的柔性内隔膜8,其上有单向阀7,单向阀7与水箱上部5上的出气孔6相吻合,水箱下部连接有进水管1、进水阀2和出水管10、排空阀11,水箱下部3与水箱上部5通过连接螺栓9紧密连接。
打开进水阀2,自来水从进水管1流入贮水箱,随着水箱内水量的增加内隔膜8上的单向阀7开始排气,直至水箱满水,当用水时,水从出水管10流出,在大气压力的作用下,内隔膜8开始下降,贮水箱内的水逐渐减少,直至用完,由于内隔膜8的阻隔,水始终不与空气接触,减少了水的二次污染和细菌繁殖的机会,保证饮水卫生。

2、根据权利要求1的一种密闭式贮水箱,其特征在于:柔性内隔膜(8)上有单向排气阀(7)与水箱上部(5)上的出气孔(6)吻合。
