Abstract
本实用新型是一种适用于:客轮、货轮、渔轮、舰艇等轮船的防翻减遥装备。其特征是,以装备在船底部位的、可收可放的防翻组合平衡块为主体构造,其左、右对称为一个单元,根据船的大小可装备一个或多个单元。当船须要防翻时,只须把收放绞车的刹车松开,防翻组合平衡块就会自然下沉就位,船就会比较稳定,同时减小左、右遥摆。当船不须防翻减遥时,可采用绞车把防翻组合平衡块收回,附贴在船底的左、右二底边。

本实用新型是一种适用于,在海面上航行的客轮、货轮、客货轮、渔轮、军舰、快艇等各类船舰的防翻减遥装备。其构造特征在于,以防翻组合平衡块为主体构造:其上端采用链条联结在船底的固定部位,其最下端采用链条和钢丝绳的下端相互联结,钢丝绳的上端联结在可收可放的绞车卷筒内,绞车设置在船的甲板上。防翻组合平衡块由左、右对称的二组构成为一个单元。根据船型的大小可以装备一个单元、二个单元、三个单元、或多个单元。防翻组合平衡块由上中、下多块组成,其上、中、下之间都采用钢铁制成。
目前社会上各类船舰还没有防翻减遥的装备。各类船舰在海面上航行时,当突然遇到迎面或侧面的强热带风暴、或台风时,为了避免使船侧翻而沉没,船长往往依据航海经验而决定,迎着逆风航向前进。如果为了避风而冒险调头返航、或为了就近避风而不迎着逆风航行,这时就往往会出现船的侧翻而沉没的危险。1999·11·24烟台的特大海难事故-“大舜”轮的翻船沉没就是一个实例。
本实用新型的目的,是向社会提供一种轮船防翻减遥装备。在海面上航行的轮船,当突然遇到迎面或侧面的强热带风暴或台风时,装备防翻减遥的轮船,只须把防翻组合平衡块及时地放下去,船就会立刻比较稳定,船的左、右遥摆度也必然会同时减小。如果船须要就近避风,或决定调头返航避风,装备防翻减遥的轮船就比较安全,其实质上是一项船的侧面抗风的新型安全装备。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,以防翻组合平衡块为主体构造:其上端采用链条联结在船底的固定部位,其最下端采用链条和钢丝绳的下端相互联结,钢丝绳的上端联结在可收可放的绞车卷筒内,绞车设置在船的甲板上。防翻组合平衡块由左、右对称的二组构成为一个单元。根据船型的大小可以装备一个单元、二个单元、三个单元、或多个单元。防翻组合平衡块由上、中、下多块组成,其上、中、下之间都采用链条相互联结。防翻组合平衡块的材料采用钢铁制成。在海面上航行的轮船,当突然遇到与船的迎面或侧面的强热带风暴或台风时,装备防翻减遥的轮船,只须把几个单元的防翻组合平衡块及时地放下去,船就会比较稳定,船的左、右遥摆度也必然会同时减小。由于防翻组合平衡块放下去后,其在水中具有一定的阻力,船的航速也必然会减小些。当海面上的强热带风暴或台风减衰之后,船不须防翻时,就可采用绞车把几个单元的防翻组合平衡块收回,附贴在船底的左、右二底边。

实施例:本实用新型的实施,其以防翻组合平衡块(3)为主体构造,把防翻组合平衡块的上端,采用链条(4)联结在船(1)底的固定部位(2),把防翻组合平衡块的最下端,采用链条和钢丝绳(5)的下端相互联结,把钢丝绳的上端联结在可收可放的绞车(6)卷筒内,绞车设置在船(1)的甲板上。防翻组合平衡块(3)由左、右对称的二组构成为一个单元。根据船型的大小可以装备一个单元、二个单元、三个单元、或多个单元。防翻组合平衡块(3)由上、中、下多块组成,其上、中、下之间都采用链条相互联结。防翻组合平衡块的材料采用钢铁制成。当船须防翻时,只须把装备几个单元的收放绞车(6)的刹车同时松开,防翻组合平衡块的自身重力,就会自然下沉就位;当船不须防翻时,可以采用绞车把几个单元的防翻组合平衡块同时收回,附贴在船底的左、右二底边。

1.一种轮船防翻减遥装备,其特征是,以防翻组合平衡块为主体构造,其上端采用链条联结在船底的固定部位,其最下端采用链条和钢丝绳的下端相互联结,钢丝绳的上端联结在可收可放的绞车卷筒内,其绞车设置在船的甲板上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轮船防翻减遥装备,其特征是,防翻组合平衡块由左右对称地二组构成为一个单元,船可装备一个单元、二个单元、三个单元、或多个单元。
3.根据权利要求1所述的轮船防翻减遥装备,其特征是,防翻组合平衡块由上、中、下多块组成,其上、中、下之间采用链条相互联结,其上、中、下的材料采用钢铁制成。
