Abstract
本实用新型属于现场富集水中痕量有机物装置。该装置是由过滤器、蠕动泵、乳胶管、内涂敷色谱固定液的大孔径金属柱组成,用于水质分析,可在0~200ml/min范围内连续进行采集水样。其结构简单、操作方便、便于携带、造价低廉、采样快速、简化样品转移步骤等优点。
Description
本实用新型属于现场富集水中痕量有机物装置的设计。
人们在对水中痕量有机物的分析研究中,一般通过采集大量的水样回到实验室进行富集后进行分析测试,这种方法不仅增加了采样的工作量,而且由于采样、储运过程较长,容器表面吸附和沾污会造成水样的损失,还会引起水样发生化学变化,给分析研究工作带来困难。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种现场富集水中痕量有机物装置,该装置由过滤器、蠕动泵、乳胶管、内涂敷色谱固定液的大孔径金属柱组成。
根据色谱固定液对有机化合物具有吸附和解吸附的特性,用绕成环形的金属柱柱内涂敷色谱固定液,将水样过滤,通过金属柱将水中痕量有机物吸附、富集,这样连续采样可获得具有代表性的样品。
本实用新型实施运行方案结合附图1描述如下:附图1,是现场富集水中痕量有机物装置示意图图中漏斗式过滤器(1)底部装有过滤用玻璃棉(2),漏斗的颈端接插乳胶管(3),乳胶管(3)卡在蠕动泵(4)中间的蠕动轮上,乳胶管的另一端接金属柱(5),金属柱(5)绕成环形,柱内涂敷色谱固定液,水样从出口(6)流出,整个装置放在箱(7)中。
操作方法是将水样过滤器插入水样中,启动蠕动泵并调节好所需流速,待水样采集完后,卸下孔径金属柱,将两端密封带回实验室,用氮气吹干并加热解吸附,则被吸附的水中有机物进入分析仪器测定。
该装置在野外能快速富集浓缩大体积水中痕量有机污染物,用于环境水质分析,它比在野外取水样后再回到实验室进行富集的方法要优越得多,不仅可避免因储运大体积水样时所发生的化学变化及容器表面吸附的损失和沾污,而且,因连续采样会得到比瞬间采样更具有代表性的样品。

1.一种现场富集水中痕量有机物装置,其特征在于漏斗式过滤器(1)底部装有过滤用玻璃棉(2),漏斗的颈端接插乳胶管(3),乳胶管(3)卡在蠕动泵(4)中间的蠕动轮上,乳胶管的另一端接金属柱(5),金属柱(5)绕成环形,水样从出口(6)流出,整个装置放在箱(7)中。
2.如权利要求1所述的现场富集水中痕量有机物装置,其特征在于金属柱(5)柱内涂敷色谱固定液。
