防伪拉线
本实用新型涉及一种防伪用品,尤其是防伪拉线。
现有技术中防伪拉线种类很多,如中国专利99211501、99245051中提到过的均为多层防伪拉线,其制作工艺复杂,成本高,中国专利99203425、97236192中介绍的密码防伪标贴,采用纸类或塑料膜制作,标贴包括防伪层和覆盖层,覆盖层粘贴在防伪层上覆盖防伪数码,消费者可通过电话向计算机识别系统验证真伪,这种防伪效果显著,但无法应用到香烟、药品等薄膜类包装的产品,而且这种防伪标签容易被转移到假冒产品上。
本实用新型的目的是克服上述现有技术中的缺陷,提供一种制作简单,成本低,防伪效果极佳可通过电话向计算机识别系统验证真伪的,用于香烟、药品等薄膜类包装产品的防伪拉线。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下方案实现的,一种防伪拉线,包括载体基材(1)和查询编码(2),所述查询编码(2)压印在载体基材(1)上,所述载体基材(1)为不透明薄膜制成的线状长条,所述查询编码(2)包括产品序号流水码和检验码,它可以是两种或三种颜色组成的编码,查询编码(2)在载体基材(1)与产品包装盒之间,从封装的外表面看不见载体基材(1)上的查询编码(2)。

如图所示,本实施例为应用于香烟包装的防伪拉线,本实施例的载体基材选用激光全息膜,并在每条激光全息膜上压印上唯一的查询编码,由于激光全息膜是不透明的,而查询编码在作为载体基材的激光全息膜与香烟盒之间,从表面上看不到查询编码,只有当消费者打开包装时,才能看到查询编码,并且消费者可通过电话查询计算机数据库,计算机根据查询结果辩别真伪,同时计算机通过语音电话告诉消费者。本实施例的查询编码采用两种颜色组成的编码,这样对制假者来说仿冒的难度就更大了。由于查询编码在载体基材与产品包装盒之间,因此只有拉开防伪拉线时才能看到查询编码,也就使得本实施例所述的防伪拉线在没有破坏包装的情况下不能被转移到其它包装上去。为了提高防伪拉线的利用率和艺术性,本实施例在作为载体基材的激光全息膜的外表面上压印有广告图案。
本实施例所述的防伪拉线,通过特殊的制作工艺使得该产品制膜压印一次成型,大大降低了产品成本。

1.一种防伪拉线,包括载体基材(1)和查询编码(2),其特征在于:所述查询编码(2)压印在载体基材(1)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防伪拉线,其特征在于:所述载体基材(1)为不透明薄膜制成的线状长条。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防伪拉线,其特征在于:所述查询编码(2)可以是两种或三种颜色组成的编码。
4.根据权利要求1、权利要求2所述的防伪拉线,其特征在于:所述查询编码(2)在载体基材(1)与产品包装盒之间,从封装的外表面看不见载体基材(1)上的查询编码(2)。
