Abstract

一种车用自动变风量风扇,其主要构造为:一根端头制有螺纹的风扇轴上依次套装风扇毂、弹簧、主动盘、蜡式感温器,其中风扇毂通过轴承装于风扇轴上,其前端粘接有一环形磁铁,蜡式感温器用一套筒固定在风扇轴的前端。

车用变风量风扇
本实用新型属于交通技术领域。
现代车用内燃机为增强散热器的散热效果,都装有散热风扇。风扇约消耗发动机功率的5-10%,实验表明汽车在行使过程中需要风扇工作的时间不到10%,其它时间风扇工作对内燃机工作有害无益。为此许多内燃机装有自动风扇离合器,根据实际需要控制风扇的转速,以控制风扇风量。不仅能减少风扇消耗的功率、节省燃油,而且能提高发动机的使用寿命,降低风扇引起的噪音。通常广泛采用的自动离合器有硅油式和电磁式两类。但这两类自动风扇离合器构造都较为复杂,制造要求高,工作可靠性较差。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种构造简单、制造方便、工作更加可靠的新型自动变风量风扇。
本实用新型的构造由风扇轴、感温器、主动盘、风扇毂、弹簧、磁铁、轴承等组成。其中风扇轴前端制有外螺纹并沿轴线铣出一段开口槽,风扇毂通过轴承装于风扇轴上,扇毂前端粘接环形磁铁,主动盘用键与风扇轴相联,感温器用带内螺纹的套筒固定在风扇轴前端,感温器由铜制外壳、石蜡、橡胶套、推杆组成,推杆外端固定一传力杆,传力杆顶在主动盘前端上。
工作原理:当发动机散热器后的气流温度低于设定温度时,感温器内的石蜡呈固态,体积较小,弹簧的推力使主动盘左移,推杆被推入橡胶套内,主动盘与环形磁铁之间的距离变大,主动盘与磁铁之间的磁力很小,因此当主动盘随风扇轴转动时,风扇的转速很低,当温度高于设定温度时,石蜡逐渐熔化变成液态,体积膨胀,迫使橡胶套收缩,对推杆产生推力。主动盘与磁铁之间距离变小,磁力增强,带动磁铁与风扇毂高速旋转,使风扇风量增大。从而根据发动机散热要求自动改变风扇的风量。
本实用新型与现有技术相比主要优点在于,主动部分与风扇毂之间在相对运动时并不直接接触,不会产生摩擦与磨损,其工作的可靠性和使用寿命大大增加,而且制造、安装非常简单、方便。

  1. 一种车用自动变风量风扇,其特征在于:一根端头制有螺纹并开有槽的风扇轴上依次装有风扇毂、弹簧、主动盘、蜡式感温器,其中,风扇毂通过轴承装于风扇轴上,其前端面粘接有一环形永久磁铁,弹簧套在轴上,位于轴承内圈与主动盘之间,主动盘套在轴上用键与轴相联,并可沿轴向移动,蜡式感温器用套筒固定在轴前端,其上的推杆固定一传力杆,传力杆的端部顶在主动盘端面上。
