Abstract
一种消防避火服,由头罩、上衣、裤子、手套、靴子组成,上衣、裤子由防火外层,耐热防水层、隔热防火层、防火内层组成。头罩上设有复合型透明玻璃,其外层为防火玻璃,内层为有机玻璃,中间填有防火液。该实用新型耐高温、耐磨、耐酸碱、穿着轻便,面部复合型玻璃不会损伤作业人员,安全可靠,其综合性能明显优于国内外同类产品。主要用于消防队员穿越火区或短时间进入火场进行抢险救护,也适用于其它行业高温作业时工作人员的个人防护。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种防护服装，特别是隔热避火的消防战斗服装。
在发生火灾尤其是特种火灾的现场，消防人员需要穿越火区，执行紧急救护抢险任务，此时消防服装显得至关重要。目前消防部门使用的防护服装为仿猎装式，由上装和下装组成。中国专利数据库报道了“水层保护式消防服”的技术方案，其特征是用具有渗水性能的织物做面料，用涂有防水材料的织物做内衬，先做成连体服，衣服上留有注水口，在注水口处接上一定压力的水源后使周身均匀地往外渗水，以降低温度，可使消防人员在火场内短时间作业，起到一定保护作用。这种消防服耐高温性能差，不耐酸碱，穿着笨重，面部玻璃挡板易碎裂，可靠性不好。
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中的不足之处，提供一种耐高温、耐酸碱、穿着轻便、可靠性好的消防避火服。
本实用新型的技术方案是：消防避火服，包括头罩、上衣、裤子、手套和靴子五部份，上衣、裤子由防火外层、耐热防水层、隔热防火层，防火内层组成，头罩上设有复合型透明玻璃。
上述防火外层由耐热织物构成，耐热防水层由合成橡胶或PV薄膜贴合在布、针织物或不织布上构成，隔热防火层由针织布或针轧不织布与防火内层缝合在一起，防火内层为棉绒织物。所述复合型透明玻璃外层为防火玻璃，内层为有机玻璃，中间填有防火液。
本实用新型中，防火外层防火耐热、耐磨性能好；耐热防水层能耐酸、碱、耐沸水，能防止水浸；隔热防火层能有效隔绝空气中热的传导，防止灼烫伤害人体；防火内层则轻松柔软，穿着舒适，并有吸汗透汽作用。设置在头罩上的复合型透明玻璃内层为有机玻璃，不会碎裂爆炸，且有防火液的保护，不会伤害消防人员的面部，安全可靠性好。

如图，消防避火服由头罩2、手套3、上衣4、裤子5和靴子6组成，头罩内还配置消防头盔1。上衣、裤子由外向里依次为防火外层7、耐热防水层8、隔热防火层9和防火内层10。防火外层由耐热织物构成，耐热防水层由合成橡胶贴合在不织布上构成，隔热防火层由针织布与防火内层缝合在一起，防火内层为棉绒织物。头罩上面部位置设有复合型透明玻璃11，该复合型透明玻璃的外层为防火玻璃12，内层为有机玻璃14，中间填充防火液13。四周有夹边嵌条15，为有机玻璃。

1、一种消防避火服，包括头罩、上衣、裤子、手套和靴子，其特征是上衣、裤子由防火外层、耐热防水层、隔热防火层、防火内层组成，头罩上设有复合型透明玻璃。
2、根据权利要求1所述的消防避火服，其特征是所述防火外层由耐热织物构成。
3、根据权利要求1所述的消防避火服，其特征是所述耐热防水层由合成橡胶或PV薄膜贴合在布、针织物或不织布上构成。
4、根据权利要求1所述的消防避火服，其特征是所述隔热防火层由针织布或针轧不织布与防火内层缝合在一起。
5、根据权利要求1所述的消防避火服，其特征是所述防火内层为棉绒织物。
6、根据权利要求1所述的消防避火服，其特征是所述复合型透明玻璃外层为防火玻璃，内层为有机玻璃，中间填有防火液。
