Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种对耳道内疾病进行激光治疗时的耳塞式激光光纤固定架。该固定架由耳塞和耳塞尾部固定的紧固套构成,耳塞和紧固套内设置有轴向连通的光纤通道,在紧固套上的径向螺孔内设置有对光纤通道内穿插的光纤进行紧固的紧固螺钉。本实用新型具有结构简单,使用方便的特点,在临床上有一定的实用价值。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种医疗器械，尤其涉及一种利用激光治疗皮肤疾病的耳塞式激光光纤固定架。
目前，弱激光的临床应用越来越广泛，利用弱激光可治疗体表和体腔的多种疾病(如创伤修复，皮肤粘膜溃疡，皮肤粘膜糜烂，皮肤粘膜炎症等)。治疗体表疾病时，激光光纤固定问题容易解决，但是治疗体腔疾病时，激光光纤在体腔内就不易固定。如在用低能量He-Ne激光在外耳道照射治疗分泌性中耳炎、急慢性化脓性中耳炎、急慢性外耳道炎、外耳道湿疹时，常采用棉花或自制橡皮塞堵塞外耳道口以固定激光光纤，使用非常不便。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单，使用方便的耳塞式激光光纤固定架。
本实用新型的技术方案在于采用了一种耳塞式激光光纤固定架，这种固定架由耳塞和耳塞尾部固定的紧固套构成，耳塞和紧固套内设置有轴向连通的光纤通道，在紧固套上的径向螺孔内设置有对光纤通道内穿插的光纤进行紧固的紧固螺钉。
所述的耳塞及紧固套为圆柱结构，耳塞由橡胶材料制成。
所述的紧固套的前部有一套管式结构，该结构内管面设置有内螺纹，耳塞尾部柱面有外螺纹，耳塞尾部和紧固套前部之间螺纹紧固配合。
由于该固定架由耳塞及紧固套两部分紧固而成，结构比较简单，使用方便，临床上有较高的应用价值；该结构也易于拆开进行消毒清洁处理；紧固套上的径向紧固螺钉也便于调整光纤的插入深度。

图1、图2中，本实用新型由前部的橡胶耳塞2和后部的塑料紧固套3构成，耳塞2和紧固套3均为圆柱形结构，两者的中心轴线部位均设置有轴向的光纤通道。耳塞2的尾部柱面上设置有外螺纹，紧固套的前端设置有一套管结构，套管结构的内管面上设置有内螺纹。上述耳塞2的尾部和紧固套3的前端通过所述的内外螺纹旋紧配合。为了对光纤通道穿插的光纤1进行紧固和对插入量进行调整，在紧固套3的径向螺孔内设置有一紧固螺钉4。耳塞2的半球形头端可根据病人外耳道口的大小设计成不同型号。
Claims (3)
1、一种耳塞式激光光纤固定架，其特征在于，这种固定架由耳塞(2)和耳塞(2)尾部固定的紧固套(3)构成，耳塞(2)和紧固套(3)内设置有轴向连通的光纤通道，在紧固套(3)上的径向螺孔内设置有对光纤通道内穿插的光纤(1)进行紧固的紧固螺钉(4)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的光纤固定架，其特征在于所述的耳塞(2)及紧固套(3)为圆柱结构，耳塞由橡胶材料制成。
3、根据权利要求2所述的光纤固定架，其特征在于所述的紧固套(3)的前部有一套管式结构，该结构内管面设置有内螺纹，耳塞(2)尾部柱面有外螺纹，耳塞(2)尾部和紧固套(3)前部之间螺纹紧固配合。
