一种家用自动供水装置,设有罐体、支架,其罐体封闭,顶部设有压力继电器、压力表,上部设有进水管,其联接逆止阀,底部设有排泄阀,下部设有出水管,使用方便、卫生、安全,适合农村家庭自己蓄水供水用。
Description
本实用新型涉及家用蓄水供水装置具体地说是一种家用自动供水装置。
现在农村许多家庭饮水用水，仍然使用机井，取水非常麻烦，如果用水量大，劳动强度会增加。因此出现了一些家庭利用高位水箱所形成的水位差供水。这种高位水箱的底部要高于用水处的水位，水泵将机井的水输送到高位水箱，种用高位水箱与用水处的高度差产生的压力作供水动力，高位水箱大多是由箱体和内部的浮球构成，浮球随水位上下浮动，另一端带动上下水位开关来控制水泵的启动关闭。高位水箱不封闭，供水压力较低，使用效果不佳，不卫生。
本实用新型的目的就是为了克服上述技术的不足，提供一种结构合理、成本低、使用安全方便、用水卫生的家用自动供水装置。
一种家用自动供水装置，设有罐体、支架，其特征在于罐体封闭，顶部设有压力继电器、压力表，上部设有进水管，其联接逆止阀，底部设有排泄阀，下部设有出水管。
本实用新型具有结构简单、成本低、使用方便、卫生、安全，广泛应用在农村家庭中。
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步描述。
图1是本实用新型的结构示意图，也是实施例的示意图。
由图1可知：一种家用自动供水装置，设有罐体5、支架7，其罐体5是封闭的，顶部设有压力继电器3，压力表4，上部设有进水管2其联接逆止阀1，底部设有排泄阀8，下部设有出水管6，罐体5用钢板拉伸焊接制成，安装使用时将水泵出口与进水管2上逆阀1联接，水进入罐体5内，罐体5内的空气被逐渐压缩在上部。随着水位的增高，内部的压力加大，当压力达到设定值时，压力继电器3工作断开水泵电源停止进水，打开出水管6用水后，罐体5内的水量会逐渐减少，罐体5内压力降低到设定值时，压力继电器闭合，水泵又开始工作吸水输送到罐体5内。如此循环，打开排泄阀8可以清洗罐体5内排出污物杂质，此家用自动供水装置罐体5的容积在40～80升时，压力一般在0.05-0.3MPa可使水位上升高度为10m。
本实用新型设计合理，结构简单、易制造、成本低、安装使用方便，且安全、卫生，适合农村家庭自已蓄水供水用。
